I’ve been here before but I just can't remember how and why

most of them sound normal to me (or purposefully creepy since its meant to be in one of the scarier parts of omori) but glade, numbers, nawa, a home for flowers (empty). bookcase, and photograph sound sad/i feel like if sunnys trauma was a sound it would be these songs (mainly glade and nawa) which makes it sound uncanny in a way?? i know most of these songs are from blackspace which is the literal form of sunnys trauma but compared to the other blackspace songs, they sound calming and sad instead of creepy.

Words cant describe how much i love this game because i did deal with the same themes when i was younger i was mostly at home with my thoughts after the suicide of my best friend. i remember going through the ps store to find a game to distract myself from what had happened and i came across omori i enjoyed the game from start to finish and blindly got the duet ending i didn't do anything but just sit there and look at the "Thank you for playing" screen not accepting that the game was over. (Sorry if the comment was too long guys)

3:10 The memories just hit me like a truck. Damn. The place pictured in this image is from IKEA's "Smaland" section: "Smalands" are play areas for kids under 10 years of age. I remember the multiple times that my mother dropped me off there with my brother when we were much younger. It's been many years. This memory had been completely locked away in the back of my head. In a way, that's what's scary about memories: You can have lots of them, about all sorts of nice events, but they're so easily forgotten.

I don't think I would find a playlist that helps with my anxiety... This is actually a great one for when I'm overwhelmed. I wish I found this sooner. I love it <3

This playlist reminds me of some liminal dream space I was in when I was younger, I don’t have any recollection of after if it was a dream, I just have it imprinted into my brain as if it never happened. It was an infinite loop of a blank white room and music notes everywhere. Idk what this is but it’s scary

I wanted omori for a while before it came out. I didn't really have the funds to buy it when it did come out. I did end up getting it not much later though. I played it a lot at first, even though I'm not a huge fan of the rpg game system, the music and style and story drew me in. I avoided story spoilers for a while and I was finally getting to play. Until I had to stop. I had to put the game down for an indefinite amount of time because something about it was getting to me. I haven't been in a good headspace myself in a very very long time, as long as I can remember. I normally tank games with warnings for mental health with no issues, but omori started to get to me. I had to take a break, but then my life got busy. I still am busy. I can't help but think of this game though. I don't have much time, but I want to play the game again. I want to install it on the new pc I got since I last played. I want to pick up where I left off. I want to finally hear the story that drew me in all those years ago. I think last time, it just hit too close to home in some ways. I don't know if I am well enough to make it through yet, but I want to give it another shot.

i love numbers so much. it takes my mind off of everything, because all i can focus on is the numbers that are being recited-- intelligible, but hardly. (for me, at least- i know some simple words in german.) it makes me have the need to just pay close attention, recognize everything.
