I'm in L.A. After several years of hardship, I landed in a rented room in a modest apartment in Pacific Palisades. It is now ashes. I had some resonance with several piles but pile 4 indicated.. and there was a lot resonance with what you brought through. There's been a lot of light and dark and some recent shadow work. Hathor and Sekhmet energies have been very present. Many obstacles for months have been wearing my patience despite the constant energies I've been receiving. I always felt sorry for myself whenever anything bad happened and I thought this is part of loving myself, just I like I feel sorry for animals or other people suffering. I didn't realize that it's not a good thing... I have to work on releasing this from my life... Also, I wanted to share my favorite techniques to raise vibration and shine more light. 1. On inhale, visualize every cell of body vibrating faster and faster and reaching 44000 Hz. (this number is from Dolores Cannon). 2. Imagine yourself being a sun (white or gold) and on inhale turn a dial in solar plexus which increases light intensity in the whole body and around - just like turning a dimmer dial up on a light switch - and on exhale see the light and size of the sun expand as far as you can. 3.
