Hey guys, welcome to my channel. I'm Mary and I am a Product Manager or sometimes, a technical Project Manager.
I have a PMP certification and a scrum certification from Scrum Alliance. I specialize in helping fellow PMs (Project and Product Managers grow by sharing knowledge, learning, job tips, and PMP exam practice questions.
I was the best graduating student in the School of Entrepreneurship and Management Technology from Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMinna). I have experience managing teams, Projects, Products, Training and Startup incubation and acceleration.

Are you in Nigeria or Africa? Really wanna know how the PMP boosts ones career locally. Are our companies catching on and paying what professionals are worth?
I'd say even though some employers do not pay so much, it still gives you a competitive edge. Most organisations still pay more to PMP certified PMs that they'd pay any regular PM
Despite some companies being reluctant to pay professionals their worth, PMP-certified individuals can leverage their credentials to secure better job opportunities, both locally and internationally. The certification signals a high level of expertise and commitment to project management excellence Which makes a candidate a better option compared to those without a certification.
Also, PMP holders can explore consulting roles, risk management, operations management, program management, change management (All these you'd learn while preparing for the PMP examination). You may even get remote work with global firms that value PMP certification. This versatility enables professionals to command competitive salaries and work in diverse industries, ultimately increasing their earning potential and career growth.

Hi, I’d advise you try to get a better score before you take your PMP examination. Try and take your score to about 90%. Revise the PMI mindset and take the pre-test again.
