Hello everyone I'm Ate Clydee an Ilongga Filipina living in China village. I will show you the amazing lifestyle and culture here in my place.
Today me and mother-in-law cook a dumplings in home. We buy some ingredients in market like radish, Chinese pechay and ginger. Dumplings is one of the best dish in China. It serve in during hollidays especially in Chinese New Year. It is also symbolize as wealth food.
It can cook in any flavor like shrimp, fish pork, onion chives with egg and many more.

❤❤❤😊. Tama ka ma'am expert na si mama gumawa ng dumplings kaya wala na measurements. Masarap naman kaya minsan nag rerequest mga bata na magluto ng dumplings. Palamig na nga dito kaya yong pakiramdam ko parang naninigas lagi katawan ko sa lamig. Hahaha saka di na makapaligo araw-araw. 😂😂😂

Dati nagwork sya sa Pinas at doon kami nagkakilala at naging kami. Sabi nya gusto nya daw makilala parents at makausap parents ko kaya lumuwas kami ng Iloilo mga three days lang kami kasi may work sya. Nagpakasal kami simple lang para makakuha ako ng visa then lumipad kami dito. Nagpakasal ulit for second time buntis na ko ng panganay ko. Gusto bumalik ng asawa ko sa Pinas ayaw ko maiwan dito kasi di pa ako nakapag adjust at buntis pa ako kaya sumama ako. Nagpakasal kami ulit sa Ilo-Ilo sa simbahan so pangatlong kasalan na. Nagpabinyag na din sya. Sa kasamaang palad umuwi na ang amo nya dito kaya umuwi na din kami dito sa China. Nanganak na ko dito ng panaganay ko tapos mga 10 months buntis ulit at nagkaroon ng Covid kaya di na nakauwi ng probinsya. Pagkatapos nagwork ang asawa ko malayo sa amin dahil nakapag adjust na ako hanganga nagustuhan ko na ang simpling buhay ko dito sa tulong ng in-laws ko di rin ako nahirapan sa pag alaga sa mga bata. Hanggang ngayon nandirito pa din kahit ang asawa ko bumalik na ng Pinasa sa ngayon. Okay na din lang ako rito para sa pag alaga ng mga anak ko. ❤😊
Clydee, marami niluluto nyo. Madami cguro kayo. Pati kalabasa binoboil ninyo? Kinakain din pala diyan ang kalabasa na parang kamote pati balat.
Apat lang kami dito ma'am.😊❤. Si mama ako at dalawang maliit na anak ko. Malagkit yan kalabasa . Masmasarap pag e steam. Kinakain din yong balat may bitamina pa dyan. Basta hugasan lang mabuti. ❤😊
Ate clydee kapag nag adobo k ng manok tanggalin mo yung tuka nya.
Pag sa Pinas nagtatanggal ako ng tuka. 😂. Dito wala hinuhugasan lang ng mabuti din pinapakuluan para matanggal ang impurities. Yong mga tinitinda rin ay di tinatanggal ang tuka.
Parang pinas...pero mas maganda china...mura ang bilihin.....kaya puro resto business china...kc ung nasa city puro bili order nalang hindi sila nagluluto....pero nasa barrio luto katulad ni mam hehe sana mam ma meet kita sa my glass bridge pag nag exit ako ulit china jejeje
Pag sa City kasi busy ang karamihan sa trabaho kaya wala na time mag luto. Dito sa probinsya kahit simpling pagkain lang ay fresh at mura tulad ng prutas at gulay. Sa place ko napakalayo ng dagat kaya kakamis din ang seafoods. Para sa akin kung ang mga Pinoy mahilig magtanim ng gulay at prutas ang maging masagana din tayo sa pagkain at maging mura din ito plus meron pa tayo pagkukunan ng seafoods.😊❤ Hehe di na ako makapamasyal dito. Yong asawa ko nasa Pinas na nagtatrabaho. Hands on muna sa mga anak. Hopefully makapamasyal ka ma'am sa glass bridge❤😊
