I love this build. I've been running Superheavy Samurai as my rank 4 engine over the spirit package and Small World. It's entirely because I don't love Small World, and we really need 6 extra starters to have enough. I'm likely wrong for that, but everyone has their quirks. Going -1 in hand just puts me off too much. I agree that Evo is painfully bricky, and it incentivizes playing more cards which waters down the quality of your non-engine. I've not tried the genex card before. I'm going to have to try it, but it looks great to have. I like to end with a rank 4 (either Protos or Snake-eye off of Flame Banshee, or Bagooska as a redundant lock), and use Plagues to make Herald and Colossus. Calling the genex synchro 4 negates is a bit much though since most decks only run 1 or 2 attributes, so he can usually only get off 1 or 2 negates (though that's plenty most of the time). Like Tenpai only gets hit once. Azamina can maybe get hit 3 times if they're running Fiendsmith.

I absolutely love Adamancipators! I don’t think I will ever give up on them. I just want more support for them. Maybe an earth Adamancipators synchro would be nice.

Nice video. Have you played against Red Ryes Dark Dragoon yet? I had to scoop earlier in game 2, then in game 3, I got the Cosmic Slicer lock. He took that OTK like a man and said my deck is cool Ogdoas need extra deck help, and Reptiles need higher lvl synchros

What if someone holds the ash for the slicer? Is there any way to get to the alien lock anymore?

I used FS Rocks I like it but I think I’m lower my rock count to I’m try it your way with the FS

Very good video, but you won't get a deck list of the extra, I couldn't see some of the syncros well

I've just been sticking with Evol variant and js I don't agree with a lot of points toward your list over Evol. Evol does beat Nibiru on Daybreak if you have literally any monster in hand that M-Frame can pitch. It also beats Talent Thrust, Lars is a double omni (Zeroll board doesn't play into it by default) and resists Dark Ruler better. Also, I want to know how you beat Dominus Impulse on Daybreak, in a non-Snake Rain line, and what your Fuwalos plan is, because I don't see it. At least for me, I can beat Fuwalos with a royal control board + I:P and maybe Lars (if opening Lios), giving 2 draws but ripping 1 with Aron. Irregardless Impulse on Daybreak hits like a truck and I dunno what to do besides hope you have a bunch of extenders.

I used to play ogdo rokket when it came out. it was crazy cool. I havent played the deck in a long time and I thought about putting in bystials but never thought about the spirit rank 4 engine.

What is the purpose of regulis if you make it always after summon 5? If the nib you after daybreak your fiield is gone

Do some testhands vs handtraps. Like randomize 1-3 for how many, then randomize 1-6 (Nib,ash, imperm,veiler,ogre,mourner) for which handtraps. Would be a good way to see how you navigate handtraps.

This list is so much different to the ones you see for ogdoadic (either ragnaraika or evol) but it just makes so much sense! Thanks for the list and the combos, im gonna experiment a lot with this!

I must ask your experience in trying to get through Bsytials because I feel like their impossible to get through consistently if the opponent knows what there doing. Granted I understand Ogdoadic is a GY centric deck so it is supposed to lose to stuff like the Bsytials but I would love to know if you have certain tech cards or builds knowing such cards are now almost always looming around the corner. Or should you just not play Ogdoadics when there is a meta light and dark deck running around.
