Most all coatings have varying levels of active ingredients (how strong the coating is) that helps determine the longevity of the coating on specific surfaces. Glidecoat made their ceramic coatings specifically for gelcoat which is super porous, so the coating is very strong making it the perfect coating for RV's since a large majority of them are gelcoated fiberglass.

We do recommend getting your trailer coated even if it’s brand new. Ceramic coating helps preserve the finish of your RV. we protect the GelCoat to ensure there is as little wear and tear on the surface as possible to help extend the life of the GelCoat.

This particular trailer was reading anywhere between 90-97 on the gloss meter after prepping and ceramic coating it.

The first application with all of the prep work and coating takes approximately 2 days with four guys working on it. If it comes in decent condition (Minor oxidation) the price for an Oliver legacy Elite 2 is $3,000. The roof is included in the application and windows are cleaned then treated with a ceramic spray coating for hydrophobicity. Thanks for watching!

Correct! We apply ceramic coatings to both new and used trailers. A lot of people bring them straight to us after picking up brand new from the factory to get it protected with a ceramic coating

Sorry about that, we had more footage of the clay bar process but it was lost unfortunately. For our compounding step we use a 5”microfiber cutting pad on the Dual action polisher. For the polishing step we use lake country orange polishing pad on the DA. If you check out the first Oliver Ceramic coating video on our page we go into a little more depth on it. We have not yet applied our ceramic coating to any air streams yet. Air streams do have clear coat on them (similar to a vehicle) which means this product would work great!
