When i am about to calculate the amount oaysble for annual returns, i get the following message at the bottom: Filing of beneficial ownership declarations is compulsory for all companies and close corporations. If you want to file at a later stage please IGNORE NEXT>>. When i go there to update beneficiaries it doesnt allow me to. What do i do?

Life esidimeni version of CIPC. A lot of companies have been relying of third party assistance. The least CIPC can do is to allow a parallel or phased changeover procedure because cutting off access immediately will result in literal death of some business already in operation

Please try to work on ypur systems changeover procedures. While the new system is appreciated its equally important not to create a bottleneck in service delivery
