      it's a workaround. safe mode disables third-party drivers and runs with minimal applications running in the background. there might be conflicting processes which cause issue during installation.

    Will using an ssd fix stuttering? I'm still using an hhd and it always stutters after playing for 10 minutes or more. And texture missing before stutter or when i drive car At high speed

      it would reduce loading times and stutter to some extent. you might still be wanting to upgrade your RAM, GPU depending on the system you're using.
