Installing Mr. Cool Mini Split AC System in a Bus or RV
THE FIERO was on purpose given a large engine bay to accommodate many different engine when it was being designed, it was just gm who screwed up not allowing a factory v8 to be put in it. During one prototype testing of an n*, gm freaked out over on a fiero having a v8 in it.
Very reliable?
What a pair of dum dums
Been turning wrenches for 50yrs. Never had a problem with brake lines till now. A 96accd. Spent 3hrs at pickapart pulling rt rr brake line including dropping gas tank and some exhaust, only to be stumped with one bolt behind the frame/suspension. Since found this and other videos on utube for solution. On my way to buy tools and fittings for repair. Almost exactly like this car here. I will double flair mine though. I was taught like this video almost 50yrs ago, but learned about double flair the other day. Thanks.
Stupid videos are best. We are having enough trouble with the job to be serious.
I like the stupid videos
Maybe show the install of the actual pin
I was wondering if it would interfere with the starter.
So Leon? NEW subscriber, here👍 Had an 85 with the 2.8 Chivy and it FLEW! It was a HANDful to drive bc ALL 4 upper control arm bushings were roached. Wanted to share that when I went to replace the failed clutch line I just grabbed 1 role each of 3/16" & 1/4" copper-nickel line to use since it was my 1st one and I wasn't sure what size it was. The SLUT had a metric line on it and my mentor where I was repairing it is a former HVAC tech and he swedged my cu-ni line to the METRIC FITTINGS at both the slave AND the master ends!!! -problem solved- ( p.s., they all had Chevette steering racks on them, too )
At Carlisle I spoke with two former GM engineers that worked on the Fiero project, Both said that the Getrag transmission can hold a maximum of about 170ft lbs of torque reliably. Here is a guy with a swap with an engine that can put out over 400 ft lbs of torque. You know that's not going to last long.

I liked the goofiness in the video, keep it up. (Like a noob I was expecting to have to replace the entire brake line. Splicing, duh!
Awesome
There is a better way of doing it ....they are called body trim removal tools.....😂😂🤣😂😂
Did you have to cut out the front of subrail and relocate the front mounts that bolt to the frame
You have to remove the bed to replace fuel pump?
hub dyno is where its at.
Good
What happened?
Great video guys!
That looks amazingly good!!!
fool had to argue the point of bleeding out air? . like a insolent child . thats why yer a fool
hood pins are safe. im 64 and over the years i have seen many vehicles with them installed and nobody ever had an incident. if you do install them make damn sure your safety latch is there and it works. after all, thats what the thing is there for!
Are you making any tanks that would be for sale? I'd like to get a larger capacity tank for my Fiero since mine is the 10.3 gallon.
Was there any drone?
How do pass the emissions inspection without a catalytic converter?
Do you have to take the bumper off to take the bed off
I like your idea because I can't get the rear section off because it's so rusted. Ill just replace the center section
I really want to add this on my car after finding out they are prone to hood latch failures. Good idea or bad?
What about a Buick century limited edition 1986 with a 2.8
Pretty sure in many states, this would not pass inspection as the line needs to be solid all the way with no splices.
Care to share specifics of the engine turbo build. Trying to get educated. Did you use forged pistons/rods/ring gap? Who's turbo manifolds?
What were your dimensions?
🤩🇺🇸👍⚖️👁️👁️⚖️🏁🏁🏁
I would be really interested to watch a follow up video, with you going back to review how your exhaust has held up. This video was made 3 years ago and that should be plenty of time for that turbo to have glowed :) Aluminum melts at 1220*f and this exhaust must be so soft and annealed, you should be able to touch it and have it fall off. The world needs you to follow up with this!
😂 Betty likey like muyyyyaaaaa
You two have no business working on anything!!!
What wheelbase was the bus?
Aren't brake lines double flared?
Wow, that looks like so much damn fun to drive. So much power in that little gocart. haha
Why crank pulley did you have to buy
Dammit, this is the first video that I've seen of you guys and already I can tell that you all are my favorite! Love your personality and explanation and humor! You all rock! Dayom boi, she thick!! 🤣🤣
no helmets nice....stupid but ...well its just not very smart...accidents happns real fast...thats why they call em accidents i guess!
That fiero looking like a mini DeLorean lol
1st time watching your channel. 1st video. Love it
I love it
You do realize you do loose low end torque extreme pressure on ur head gaskets
No light 💡 can’t see, 😮. But if alternator goes out how do you replace it? The whole engine needs to come out?
Thanks
Great job
