when you say split testing, I noticed it doesnt do the same as Facebook where you can just duplicate the ad set and change the audience targeting, when I duplicate the ad set on UA-cam ad, it seems like the audience can not be different on each ad set it has to be the same. Is there a way to resolve this without split testing the campaign to test the audience?
Yes, after you duplicate the ad group select it then on the sidebar click the dropdown: audiences, keywords and content > Audiences > Switch Audience Let me know if that helps.

Quick Question : when you run 3 to 5 ads in an ad group , are they all the same angle such as Buyers lead magent just worded differently or are the 3-5 differing angles such as Buyers lead magnet , listing lead magnet, etc ?
I always separate listing and buyers lead magnets into different campaigns. Generally speaking I would run 3- 5 ads all different hooks or bodies to the same lead magnet if I wanted to test ads. If I wanted to test lead magnets I would run 3-5 exact same hook + body but different CTA's and lead magnets in an ad group.

Should I have two separate UA-cam accounts when running UA-cam ads if I am trying to grow my page organically?
Theres an industry myth that you should have two separate channels one for organic one for ads because ads will kill your organic growth but its been debunked. It's much better to run both on one channel as they complement each other and you can remarket to your organic audience viewers and subscribers especially if the goal of your organic channel is to also get leads + clients.

Backend of UA-cam pays attention to bounce, retention rate etc and having paid traffic mix with organic on YT is a death knell if the ads aren’t hyperrelative to the same audience / interest as the organic traffic Running listing lead ads on a relocation channel is a bad idea
Like I said in my original comment if the goal of the organic content is to get leads + clients then ads and organic complement each other. I should have been more specific if the goal or niche is different then having two different channels is ideal. Fair point.
