We aren't licensed in FL so we do not follow the market there closely. The observations I have seen is the whole country seems to have a similar market but the line "Real Estate is local" is very accurate... every town and community is a bit different than the next one a few miles away. It's hard to compare.

No error …just confirming … why would you not have a garage in Maine. I have lived all over the north. Duluth,MN. Goose bay Canada, Plattsburgh, NY (where we won war of 1812), East of Buffalo NY, Saratoga NY. In the north you need a garage.

@@TimDunham Wow. Well, good for the seller and best wishes to the buyer. Great location and nicely appointed, I can see why some people would value it so highly. Mobile homes just aren't for me -- nor are postage stamp-sized lots (which usually are leased).

Not many buyers are a fit for a trailer in a park, but it is the right move for some. I just listed a beautiful estate worthy home for $1.4M on 20 acres in Winthrop. Stay tuned, you will see video come later this week.@@BobG127

It's a clean slate to finish if you prefer a finished basement. So many comments I have had this week have been around the most amazing storage space they have ever seen.

IF you wanted to build this year it's best to buy land in February, close in March or April and break ground for May. It's really the perfect time.

Someday when the market gets back to when a house doesn't sell near instantly, we would be reshooting this come spring or summer but in this case it falls into that category of selling instantly. We are already booking the closing room to get this one wrapped up. Sorry Tom Cat! (My nickname as a kid was TimCat!) :)
