Plz bring me !
You bet, what do want for dinner...fresh fish!
STILL NEED A ROOF!
What brand of tent is that
Got it from the Canadian Wall Tent Company, bought it out of Edmonton, Alberta. We've used it for 6 seasons now and still in great condition.
how long would you have this setup for? like whats the longest you think the tent would take?
Just the tent would be about 10 - 15 minutes (3 people). Tent, with the stove, floor, cots, table, all our clothes...would be about 45 minutes.
So sneaky!
Harsh life for animals....
Yup, those frigid Canadian winters. 🥶
You look like you just finished a shift at lube land. lol.
Nice shot chief!
Did you get that one in the end?
Yup, it was the last 15 minutes of the week of hunting. He was a small bull but better than nothing.
@@lardneroutdoors I would imagine any score with a bow is a great success.
You bet, I really do enjoy the challenge
nice!
Fatttt one nice!!! Congrats on the tank
Thanks mate
Good man..👍
Hey Todd I always wore knee pads my buds never two of them had to get knee replacements another great video thank you

Looking good Todd. Doug is pretty spry for 83. Miss you brother.
You bet Kenny T, hope all is well
i subscibed
That is cold for over there 😳
Looks like good times were had!! 👍
It was a lot of fun but cold...you still keeping warm in BC?
Just went through a cold spell. Actually got down to minus 20, then warmed up a bit and got a foot of snow lol. Crazy weather for down here.
Nice! Those were some real good pike for Edmonton Area wow… congrats!
Thanks Gage, there are still a few decent fishing spots near Edmonton
I REALIZE YOU ARE LIMITED BECAUSE YOU BOAT IN. I would buy an assortment of spring steel paper clips at Walmart office supply section. Use anywhere you need a small inexpensive clamp. They hold extremely well, even in wind. I would enclose your kitchen area with plastic tarps or clear plastic and hold in place with the paper clips. Same thing for your tent vestibule to keep out wind, rain and snow. I say clear plastic so you don't need a lantern but tarps may pack easier and go up better. I would make a frame enclosure for your privy out of birch or 2 X 4s and enclose in plastic with a clear plastic roof. Clip in place or staple together. These are all things we have done in our camp.
Thanks for the tips, we have had snow there before but we are so far in the bush that there is very little or no wind. We'll have to try that for the cook tent...thanks for the comment
Great footage keep it up...💯👍🤙
Thanks 👍
Whats the brand of tent
From The Canadian Wall Tent Company
Every year I buy a bear tag for just such occasions.....haven't had a bear in camp since....😊
I know right...I've been buying one every year for over 20 years. I've folded only 2 of them. You just never know
Need a Yeti cooler.
Yeah, we do have a good yeti cooler. Our meals are all pre frozen and usually still a block of ice by the end of the week. But yes the Yeti coolers are a lot more durable ...
Hunting camps are great for comradie, but do you kill anything?
Yeah, for the first 6 years we hunted with the rifle, still pretty green but managed to harvest 4 bull elk and a black bear. The last 4 years has been strictly bow hunting, and harvested 2 bull moose and a bear. Really just been getting into the videos the last couple years. But here are the videos from our success. Thanks for the comment ua-cam.com/video/H5ldKNdW2cY/v-deo.htmlsi=I1Cr1TnT5QugQg0Q

Nice young bull good job. Wow hang that meat higher dude
Thanks Rick, yeah that was our old tent poles from years past. This Year we built a cable system with pulleys. You're a year behind on your Lardner outdoor videos....😄
What does moose meat taste like?
It's a very lean meat, sometimes it depends on where, and the time of year you harvest the animal. I find it delicious when prepared right.
Are you camping or whatt
Camping and hunting with all the comforts...😁
Very cool
Appreciate it
Got my order in !
Great channel my man 🫎
You are getting to be my #1 fan...paint your face with Lardner OUTDOORS across it and I'll get you a free shirt from Creekfield

There can be only one star 🌟...the fans made their choice. RUSTY! RUSTY! RUSTY!
You guys are perfect
Lol, far from perfect...but we do put a lot of time and effort into our camp. Thank you
Best setup I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching, appreciate the feedback
damn no VO, love me a VO & ginger ale, no 7 up damn it, oh sorry thought i was talking to bar keeper for a minute
Lol...back in the day, hunting camp is serious business 😉...for me, all the hard stuff gets mixed with H²O
Those were illegibly planted in that lake in the 90's
That's funny, because when I passed some anglers on the trail and asked what they caught, they said perch...I did not believe them at all...thanks for letting me know
Back in 70s and 80s that lake produced Rainbows in the 10 to 12 pound range.
That is a sweet set up guys
Thanks pal, glad you enjoyed it
Love your videos my man, keep it going ! Also nice apparel thanks for sharing the link I made sure to place an order!
Appreciate the positive feedback...we will definitely be keeping this yearly hunt going.
Yall do it the best, I have watched hundreds of youtubers and "hollywood hunters" but yall, are real outdoorsmen. Awesome camp as usual.
Really appreciate it...its great that you enjoyed the video.
Yall have a great camp set up there!
Thanks, we did have a great time. We harvested a young bull moose with the bow. This year, it was a bit hard to get up in the mornings because of the comforts of the camp. Thanks for watching
@@lardneroutdoors you bet. ive been watching the camp videos in previous years. Hoping to incorporate some of your ideas into our camp in the MTNs as well.
Man i like your set up nice
Thanks, we put a lot of work and time in it...but well worth it when we're actually hunting. Just got back yesterday, a successful Archery moose.
👍👍
Excellent video🤙🏻
Legend!
you are very nice guy , Lord Jesus bless you !
