Bleaching for Mrs. Claus 2 - The Process
In video #1 Michelle talked about the decisions and products that started her journey to trying to whiten her hair for her character. In this video she goes through mixing and applying the products and showing us the results of her first bleaching. For those with darker hair, it usually takes several bleachings to obtain the whitest hair... unless you just have that type of hair that will not get past "yellow".

the white hair colour is a great tip . .not seen this product before but it will solve the issues i struggle with . Thank you .. 5 yrs on your tutorial is still advising and solving problems.
Hola Santa. Cuentas con algún video tutorial para eliminar el pegamento que utilizaste en el video. Me serviría mucho en verdad.
I'm 71 and somehow I've become a natural Santa without even trying to. It started about 3 years ago during Covid when several children started calling me Santa even while wearing a Mask over my white beard. I have let my silver white hair grow very long around the sides and I'm not Balding at all. I do wish to whiten my Mustache and maybe my eyebrows some. I live in Michigan and might try to go to the Santa School in Midland next October. Just subscribed to your channel and Thanks.
I try my best
Over the years, I have used the same Wig and Beard to Become Santa Claus. I took a few hints for my hair !! Thank you !!! As for my Mrs. Claus wig -- she is a mess !! I like your wig !!
What company makes the pore cleanser and sealer!
Amazing!
Santa Claus 🎅 beard Merry Christmas 🎄 2021 and happy new year 🎊
Terry, why do I have the impression I know you form the time I worked for the golden arches company atfrom the middle of the 90's early 2000's?
seems like this is where a lot of use are now days lol

GREAT tutorial. I have found MAC makeup and LOVE the finished look with photos and that it hides my shinee/oily nose/face.
There are SettingSprays that replace Powder! I will also put a tiny bit of Shimmer on my nose and in my beard to make it more Magical!
Great tutorial and beard!
How hard is it to remove the hair color and with what?
Excellent! Very helpful.
Can you advice on styling and shaping a synthetic santa beard?? Or point me in the right direction.
We have a video with Mrs. Claus doing wig care, which may be similar. If you private message us on Facebook I can point you in some really helpful directions. :) It's North Pole Education.
Where can I buy a HIGH QUALITY santa wig !?? Not one of those dress up rubbish wigs... what would Hollywood use ????
Maggie Zhang makes A LOT of beards and wigs for professional Santas. Find her on Facebook or scroll up to see her comment and see if you can contact her there.
Is this a yak or synthetic beard?
We believe it is yak. To be certain you could reach out to Maggie Zhang to ask. She made it. :)
What if a kid pulls your beard
The glue is strong enough that it holds unlike the over-the-ear type beard. Most professional Santas are on the lookout for those little hands and are ready to lovingly block the pull. :)
you kick him with a rusty needle
No one is going to fall for that
i hated fake wigs for Santa CLAUS favorite real beard grew best white or grey.
We understand and respect your opinion. Some of our best Christmas Performers are policemen, firemen, military, or some other occupation where they area not allowed to have a beard. Sadly, some get struck with cancer and their treatment makes them unable to have a full beard. And some men who are AMAZING Christmas Performers are just not blessed with the genes for a full beard. Let it also be known that there are some females who make AWESOME Santas and clearly need a traditional beard when performing. We love ALL Santas!
Where did you purchase your beard and wig? I used to in Jacksonville from 1994-1998. Love that city!
Maggie Zhang made his beard and wig. She does great work. You can find her on Facebook.
Hi What set is this on Maggie’s website?
Sorry for the delayed reply. Let me see if I can get Terry or Maggie to answer for you.
Hi. greetings from Costa Rica. I would like to know where I can buy that beard and mustache wig in Florida. I work for Santa in my country and I have not achieved something so beautiful. best regards
Hello William... the beard in this video is custom made and is ordered from China and shipped. We will ask around the Christmas Performer community and see if anyone knows of options in Florida. Did you contact Maggie to ask if she can ship to Costa Rica?
That beard looks awesome!
How do you clean the glue off the lace and keep it from getting stiff from the glue?
Mark that is a great question and one he's been asked before. Terry is working on another video for us on how to take care of removal and cleaning. So watch for that and we'll get it posted as soon as we're able. If you need an immediate answer, his contact info was in his business card near the end.
For those of you who want to join the live chat... I believe it's on the right of the video area if you're on a computer. For those on a mobile device... you will need to click on "live chat" which is next to the thumbs up and thumbs down, below the video photo.
can not wait ,looking forward 😍😍
Please do not give a thumbs down to a video you've yet to see. Nothing will show until the premiere on Friday night.
Would like to see Mrs. Claus make up tutorial. Thank you
We will try to get that up soon. Thank you for your interest.
Can you also show how to cut by the ears as you say at 14:51? I have the same problem with the same beard so i am very curious! :D Thanks for the info!
Erik, I know that Terry has already cut that beard and so I don't know that he'd be able to show how to do that in a video. He is working on an application how-to (how to glue it on) and in that you'll be able to see what he's cut away. If you look at our comment above, Wey Santa suggested adding Velcro. He has said that the weight of the beard and not having the back-up of a strap is a mistake.
@@northpoleeducation863 Thanks for your answer! I look forward to see the application video! I love these kind of helpfull video's!
Erik..i have removed the elastic straps..but have not cut the actual beard yet..i will demo in the application video
@@terryeliason6950 You're the best! Thanks for your efford!
How did you go about ordering a custom wig for your "small noggin"? I've got a smaller noggin than most as well, does Maggie just ask for measurements or something? Love the video BTW, it is VERY helpful!
Thank you for your feedback. We are working on getting the answer to your question from Terry so please hold tight and we'll be back ASAP with that. Thanks!
Also Maggie's link is in the original description (above). So you're welcome to ask her. She usually replies within 24 hours.
@@northpoleeducation863 I know she's swamped with orders this time of year, I don't want to take her valuable time away from making goods. I'll ask her come January, or if you find an answer in the meanwhile I'll be here!
Stuart...Maggie has a set of measurements she will need you to take in order to make a custom cap for your wig...its an easy process and well worth it to have a wig that fits perfectly
Wey Santa of MA put the following (awesome) suggestion in a Facebook Comment: I see the straps on your beard are too big, you can cut them and sew a two inch long piece of Velcro, it will make it adjustable. Removing straps and not replacing them is a mistake, in the event of adhesive failing (you) will be sorry.
Thank you for this great suggestion!
Awesome...but where do you get the ears from?
I believe that he got his off of Etsy. If you Google "Elf Ears" you will see several options pop up. Many will do their best to match the tone of your skin.
I'm actually waiting for my new set from Maggie. Thanks for the video. Very helpful.
You are very welcome. Terry is working on an application video as well so be sure to check back so you don't miss it.
Love this! It’s my first year doing Mrs. Claus and wearing a wig with any regularity! This is very helpful! 😊❤️🎄
We are so very glad that you've found it helpful. We wish you all the best in your premier year!
Dinkel the Elf, highly approves. great tips, learned something new.
Awesome! That's what we're hoping for! :)
How cool is that. Way to go Jessica Kringle.
Thank you!
Thank you, was sorry to have missed your lecture. They filled up so fast and we were shut out of a lot of them
I know that they are working hard to make sure that that doesn't happen in the future. I'm sorry you missed it and I do hope that this video helps make up for it just a wee bit. If you have any specific questions, you're welcome to contact me on Facebook. In the workshop I talked a bit about looking older for those of us a bit younger in the Christmas Community and I did a demo on a Mrs. Claus and on a Santa.
