Blinds.com Customer Service | Blinds.com Customer Review
If you are comparing the best window blinds at the lowest prices you will want to see this video. For months we researched the best place to buy blinds online. We searched “who sells the cheapest blinds”, “who sells the best blinds” and “who sells the best blinds at the cheapest price”. After that we searched, “which blind company has the best customer service”.
Ultimately, we compared Blinds.com vs. Blindster, Blinds.com vs. Home Depot and Blinds.com vs. local window blinds company near me.
After reading hundreds of reviews of window blinds customers, we began to notice patterns in the customer reviews. It is obvious many were either phony or purchased. We called to speak to the customer service representatives to verify what appeared in their advertising. They were very experienced at perfect deceptive answers.
The Blinds.com representatives answer questions in this very misleading manner, “remember, there is no reason to hesitate, Levolor blinds from Blinds.com have a lifetime warranty. So, if you have any problems, or the blinds are dissatisfactory in any way, we will gladly replace or refund the entire purchase amount”. They fail to inform you that only ten blinds per household per lifetime have any such warranty; and, consideration for a refund or a replacement is only good for thirty days. But that is only possible if you can decisively prove the blinds are faulty. Pictures were not enough, videos were not enough. The Blinds.com return policy is to wear you down over time, until you simply have no energy remaining.
Blinds that provide privacy was our primary objective. The Blinds.com representative assured us that real wood blinds with privacy slats were the best at blocking light entirely and creating a very private window treatment.
So we ordered real wood blinds and paid extra for the privacy slats which are supposed to block out light from Blinds.com.
The blind installer noticed that every single set of blinds was not only crooked and warped but were also strung incorrectly. He was certain most of the blinds.com products were previously returned as damaged or mismeasured. In case only a few sets of the blinds were askew, the installer had his crew check the other boxes. Nearly all the windows in our home are the same size, so we kept testing the other sets on the same window frame; however, none were functional. “This is why local blind installers do not use blinds.com! The Blinds.com price seems irresistibly cheap, but when they arrive you see why!”
Our installer recommended we box them back up and return them for a refund. Naturally we called Blinds.com to inform them of the issues. Their reps who had previously been so friendly before we had placed our order, were now callous and snarky. “We will refund or replace ten sets of blinds; but only after your prove they do not function.”
So we sent pictures of the warped and crooked blinds. “The pictures are inconclusive, make videos to show how they do not function!”, but nothing convinced the representative and he finally suggested we donate the blinds. “Donate worthless blinds?” I asked. “Then take them to a landfill, look I really don’t care what you do with them; just read our return policy next time!”
Unbelievable. In short, we were duped.
So we will make videos. This will be the first set of three blinds, and we will continue posting videos until Blinds.com keeps the promise the sales rep made on the phone.

This CBS46 investigation uncovers the perils consumers face due to the lack of regulation in the micropigmentation industry in Atlanta. Micropigmentation is a very fine, computer assisted system of tattooing eyebrows, eyeliner, eyeshadow and lip color most commonly referred to as permanent makeup or semi-permanent makeup.
