Wonderful history.
Mr. Hanoz Mistry fails to represent the Parsi community in my perspective. Throughout the video, he incessantly argues and talks about himself using meaningless words. Ahura Mazda's presence cannot be felt until one sets aside their Parsi ego. I commented on this video because I detest such orthodox behavior. I can prove he does not embody the Parsi ideals as defined by Ahura Mazda; his behavior in the entire video contradicts Parsi values. I personally advise everyone to love Ahura Mazda sincerely and to disregard individuals like him who are imperfect and fail to understand God's teachings. God never discriminates between Parsis and non-Parsis, so it's advisable to ignore such false notions altogether. There's no percentage or measure to quantify how false his representation is.

We appreciate your efforts. However, I have a few suggestions. What do the Behdins expect from Mobeds? What should the Mobeds give back to the common man? a) Respect. Give respect, earn respect. If you treat your behdins like shit or like ignorant people, they will avoid you. If you treat other contractors at a function like nobody, they will avoid you, disrespect you, lose faith in you and will cut down their funeral ceremonies too. I find this disrespecting aspect too common and frequent especially in case of senior mobeds and unfortunately their children and juniors pick up the same bad qualities from their seniors. b) Please pray properly instead of shouting and speeding like Punjab Mail. Pray with your heart. Pray properly so that we can hear the words, catch the words and enjoy hearing them. If you skip paragraphs, please don't be under the impression that the Behdins will not know it. They know it but still accept the nonsense just in order to avoid creating a scene. THE COMMON EXCUSE IS THAT "IF WE PRAY SLOWLY AND CORRECTLY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FINISH OUR PRAYERS." c) Pray from your CHEST, NOT FROM YOUR NOSE. Nasal voices do not create good vibrations. Unfortunately, it seems that young mobeds have been taught to pray from their nose instead of praying like Real Men. d) Please do not take your behdins for granted. If you do so, they will lose faith in you. Please do not shout in Agiaries and Atash Behrams even on your own juniors. Shouting and Gossiping destroy the vibrations inside these religious places. e) Please create an aura around yourselves by being away from RELIGIOUS AND COMMUNITY POLITICS. Aura is not the halo around you but it is the ability to attract people towards yourself. It comes automatically. Gautam Buddha had an aura that extended to the radius of 30 MILES! For that, good behavior, respect to others, love for others and our own religious greatness are necessary. f) STOP ARGUING. STOP DEFENDING. STOP CONSIDERING YOURSELF AS HIGH AND MIGHTY. PLEASE LISTEN TO OTHER PEOPLE ALSO; BECAUSE JUST AS THE SURVIVAL OF THE RELIGION DEPENDS ON THE MOBEDS, THE SURVIVAL OF THE MOBEDS DEPENDS ON THOSE WHO HAVE FAITH IN THEM, ON THOSE WHO HAVE FAITH IN OUR PRAYERS, ON THOSE WHO HAVE FAITH IN OUR AGIARIES AND ATASH BEHRAMS AND ON THOSE WHO HAVE FAITH IN OUR RELIGION ITSELF. SO WHEN THE COMMAN MAN VISITS "YOUR" AGIARY AND "YOUR" ATASH BEHRAM, PLEASE TREAT HIM WITH "RESPECT". THE SUN WILL RISE, SHINE AND SET WITHOUT YOU, THE RAIN WILL RAIN WITHOUT YOU AND THE RAIN WILL ALSO STOP RAINING WHEN AHURA MAZDA SO DESIRES. THIS IS A MATERIAL WORLD! FOR HEALTH ISSUES, PEOPLE RUN TO THE DOCTORS. (Even the Mobeds do so.) FOR PROPERTY MATTERS, PEOPLE RUN TO THE LAWYERS. (Even the Mobeds do so.) FOR FINANCIAL MATTERS, PEOPLE RUN TO THE ACCOUNTANTS. I have been noticing the decline of Mobeds since decades, for example my Anjuman Atashbehram of Marine Lines had 8 to 9 Mobeds and they are still there to offer the kriyas and other rituals. Only 3 young Mobeds have been seen in the last decade. After older Mobeds the scene would be worse. To Encourage young Mobeds we need a structure to be designed. It should start from the day the child is born in a Mobed's family. There should be a committee to take care of those new born and educate them in the path of selecting Mobedi. The responsibility is not only of the parents to guide the child in the journey but of the said committee to take utmost charge of bringing the designed structure to see light. With a positive attitude of serving the community the results will bare fruits for the next few coming decades. To attract the current batch of young Mobeds the salary has do be defined as per the market condition. Also, the support from our community members is also important. As we behdins, what are the responsibilities of taking care of our community. As parents should educate our children to wear Sudreh & Kusti, we as parents should inculcate habits of regularly visiting Fire Temples. Thanks to Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia for keeping regular prayer classes for the children as young as 4 years. Thanks to Sarosh K. Daruwalla for making it available online. A monthly updates on the problems in the pipeline will reduce the lack of faith between the community and the BPP.
Its a good idea, the presentation should have a sample calculation for the premium for a coverage of 10 Lakh comparing Individual v/s group. Also Individual how it will benefit the Individual who have taken Family coverage or covered under corporate policies. Does the Group Insurance policies has 10 % discount if the premium is paid for 3 years upfront.

If our Parsi Communlty members would also be provided such Health Card Scheme under Group Mediclaim Policy our Trust Funds would surely be able to serve more communlty members effectively. At present direct cash assistance for Medical treatment expenses are availed by only few selected communlty members. Our Trust Funds could give Health Card Scheme to all the community members under one roof and one Group Mediclaim Policy only. (1) For Extremely poor Parsi families - Group Mediclaim premium would be barred fully by Trust Funds. (2) For Lower middle class Parsi families 50% premium would be barred by such family and 50% would be barred by Trust Funds. (3) For upper middle class Parsi families 75% premium would be barred by such family and 25% premium would be based by Trust Funds. (4) Any Parsi family with higher family income could join Group Mediclaim Policy by paying 100% premium. Kindly implement Group Mediclaim Policy Health Card Scheme for Parsi communlty in i India at an earliest.

May Dadar Ahura Mazda bless all with Vohu Mana to implement it in this year of 2023 with sincere efforts and mostly in a transparent, effective and honest manner for entire Parsi community members in India.
