I don't know the two ppl that was filming this but maybe ppl should get off there backs cos if they hadn't of been there they wouldn't of been any witnesses. And as for filming it how the hell was they ment to know a car was goin to hit it, they managed to spot it ok and pull over so probably thought anyone else would be able to do the same You can all do the blame game theres other factors that would of prevented this Like The dog been out the house on its own . Whoever was taking this should have moved the dog off the road then taken pictures of it. Not sit in the car stoned going 'Whoa wtf it came from?' The fact you guys were in the middle of the road with hazzards on would make any other car overtake. Shame on the taxi driver though for not stopping.
