Samson Strength & Performance Physical Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy practice in Jacksonville Beach, Florida founded by a physical therapist with knowledge and experience in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Strength and Conditioning. We combine the philosophy of virtuous movement and injury-free human performance to bring physical therapy to the forefront of fitness for the everyday athlete and fitness enthusiast. Samson Strength & Performance Physical Therapy focuses on pre-screening, prevention, and diagnosis of impairments as well as maintenance of general health and wellness, and becoming the practitioner of choice to keep athletes doing what they love. Our goal is to make physical therapy accessible and approachable to the fitness community by becoming leading providers through the integration of therapy services, CrossFit, weightlifting and population health.

I havent tried it yet , but it looks like it would make one feel good .
As you descend into the stretch, rotating the weight-bearing shoulder towards the ground, the upper obliques on the top side of the waist and the lower obliques on the bottom side of the waist are stretched out. Consequently, as you rotate the weight-bearing shoulder up, the upper obliques on the top side and the lower obliques on the bottom side contract and get a workout. Oh, and if I'm not mistaken, the multifidi and rotatores muscles lining the spine on the inferior side are being worked too, as they rotate the spine contralaterally (away from their location) against the resistance of the weight. But the heaviest load may be on the shoulders of the weight-bearing arm: middle and rear deltoids.
