    Your message is very eye opening, ingenious and important. Imagine if we all took a moment to examine our biases and look at what they are doing to our daily lives. Bravo for bringing this out into the light. I probably won't like what I see when I examine my biases. As you said, I have a choice about whether I believe them or not.

    You are so right! When you look at this in hindsight, you realize the damage they did. It is a tough call at the time especially when they are a top producer. The rest of the team will thank and respect you.

    I couldn’t agree more! I am excited to see that people are talking about a one-size-fits all type of leadership as being dead…In my eyes it should never existed! When I transitioned into a Leadership role I promised myself that I would bend to the needs of my peers and direct reports based on their individual needs and beliefs! As a Quality Manager I have had anywhere from 10 to 84 direct reports and we were responsible for building relationships and impacting the learning curve of over 3,000 Advisors in a remote call center… it’s important to connect with each and everyone individually and often I found that I had to do this in large groups. I just ordered your book on Amazon and I am eager to read it! Thank you for taking the time to out this book out there I cannot wait to see what I can takeaway and apply to my role!
