With 4 12v power supplies, Do you need fans inside this box?

I've always been told bending the wire in a 90 like you have is bad for the wire. Just curious your thoughts on that?

Do you need two power supplies because of how many lights you plan to run directly off or is it a requirement for the board alone? I'm planning on 16x strands of 50 pixel lights.

New to the hobby, Any ideas or instruction on how to use or connect K4-PB to a running k8-PB as a second controller, couldn’t find any information online or UA-cam, as on the website they noted “NOTE: PocketBeagles are out of stock. You MUST have one for the K8-PB to be functional” but no instruction menu is showing the K4-PB and what it needs to function and how to connect to the k8. Thanks

Good video camera seems to be far forward but I like the view. Why wouldn't you use nylock nuts?

No power injection? Even 12 volt needs power injection on dense props.

I've got 30 boxes I'm building for a large display. I just ordered a couple of K16 and K40 kits from you. One thing I'm struggling with is trying to use the larger HP power supplies so I can put injection into longer runs without having to break positives by using a separate PS. Those HP power supplies are awesome to be honest. However mounting them is tough. Virtually no mounting holes...and even when I mount them in a CG1500, it's very tight once you get the angled connector on. A stackable solution for HP power supplies would, in my opinion, be an untapped market.

Could you use standard power supply’s? Or do they have to be mean well

Is the Beaglebone getting power from the K32 through the GPIO pins? I did not see any connection going to it.

Were do you get your numbered shrink tubing for your pigtails?

Pretty quick and simple video. I will be using 16 of those receivers in my show next year. I do not plan on any power injections from now on.

You need to isolate your microphone from the table ( put a rubber pad under the mic or move the mic off of the table).

Thanks for making such great videos! The camera angle on this video I like better than the K32 build. I liked that video as well. So much so I watched it twice...lol

One small suggestion on your videos, take some close up pictures of the wiring as you go and edit them in later. It's kind of hard to see some of the small details from just the one camera angle. Overall, I like these videos and find them helpful!
