This is ironic cause I’m getting a red adult one for Christmas and I’m decorating it to be foxy(fnaf1)themed

i regress when im sad and stressed out. Hate loud noises but i love specific ASMR. Things that help me regress is people talking me through it and treating me like im younger, and my plushies, also certain tiktoks and videos- i think i usually regress to about 5 but my regression is extreme inconsistent when im alone (i slip in and out of it its very annoying ;_;). Having someone there or listening to someone talk meanwhile helps a lot

I can't slip to my little space, it's just so hard. Idk why tho... Is it bcuz of surroundings or overstimulation. I don't think my mom is supportive. She says that having a pacifier is just non accaptable (can't spell) for an adult.

Sometimes I write about regression in my diary - the only one I can till about it except my stuffies, because my parents thinks it's weird😕So I mostly do it alone in my own apartment, longing for a caregiver or baby friend😢

I both regress for coping (mostly because I feel stressed with being an adult) and entertainment. My positive triggers are mostly pacifiers (use to suck it when I go to bed and can't sleep❤), stuffed animals (I have a rabbit called Josephine and lamb called Lambie - they are so cute and soft and cuddly😍), diapers and being naked - which I loved as a child. I'm mostly three years old when I'm regressing, but I can also be five years or eight months old.

Hi! So ummm... I get triggered mostly when I get shouted at and called mean words. I can't just snap out of it but I'm aware when the person who caused my trigger in a bad way is with me. I usually just stay quiet. I used to have a therapist but I currently don't have one. When I'm little, I cry easily. I only told one person about it and it's my boyfriend. How do I know if I'm regressing or if just being childish? Like I put my hair in certain way and I see myself in the mirror and somehow feel like a little girl (when my mom used to do my hair) and I just act childish (I smile, laught, act silly...) Little story that was so embarrassing for me but like when I was at the spych ward there was this one girl who was 17 I think but she was so motherly and also they treated my like the baby of the ward sense my first/second day I cried so much but we where outside and sombody accidentally threw some of the rubber that was on the ground into my hair (witch is long and thick) and she said “oh no! Baby come here” OMG I went into little space so hard I tried my best to hide it 😭

I feel like the main thing that stops me from regressing is thinking I have to do it a certain way, be a certain age, etc. Thank you for saying there’s no proper way to act a certain age and stuff, to just observe what I like and do whats best for me

Please only use an adult pacifier it will save your teeth trust me this is coming from someone who spent thousands on orthodontists due to pacifier use
