Me and Sixten went up Vansbro Triathlon to race this weekend. Sixten went for a half distance and I made my triathlon debut, a sprint. Just to get a feel for racing and to try out the T1/T2 for real before my big race, the Ironman 70.3 in Jönköping the coming weekend.

Såg bra ut, men svårt att avgöra med redigeringen 😁simma lite bredare när du sätter i handen i vattnet, glid lite till så att andra armen hinner komma tillbaka mer och vrid ned underarmen mer när du ska fånga vattnet (tänk hela underarmen som en paddel). När du påbörjar tidigt släpper du ned armbågen och förlorar kraft som annars tar dig framåt. Så tänk på underarmen, att inte släppa med armbågen och att du sedan kan bli lite explosiv i fasen du trycker bakåt med hand och underarm. Så det blir lite som att man får den explosiva fasen där och att man får vila under de andra. 💪 Simma på 💪

Men jobbar som du säger på att få ett rakare drag med armbågen i rätt vinkel. Men så fort man börjar bli trött tappar jag tekniken och faller tillbaka. Är iaf medveten om det och försöker lägga fokus på det varje simpass 😁 🙌
