I love Tuareg music! Reminds me of the time I spent a night in a Bedouin desert on a trip to Morocco.
Fascinating dicussion all the way around...generations, technology, AI, cultural understandings....thank you!
Fear not, Ed, you don't look anywhere near an almost 80 year old! You're right.....just keep going ;). Make sure you invite me to the party!!

I love what you are doing here, Edwin. To take time out of your day to make such long videos for educational purposes. I hope your channel does well in the future.
Wonderful people on this TV Talk Show. Having just had a chance to review "The Humony Mindset", I look forward to seeing more of the work being implemented in organizations today.
Really great discussion and insights! Thanks all. Gen Z's voice DOES matter!
Greece, Italy & Paris?? What a sweet first international experience! Lucky kids, Ed!

Karen
So great to meet again online yesterday and to exchange thoughts with each other. Can’t wait for our next conversation 😊.
Appears from these guests that AI is still a baby, despite the fact it is dominating everyone's agenda..
This is essentially about inclusion in your #GlobalMobility Policies.
Thank you!
Always such a wonderful time speaking with you on your podcast, Ed, especially for such an important topic (that many corporate leaders unfortunately get wrong). Delegation as a means of career and professional development is the core to getting delegation right. And even in those situations where you're "delegating" menial work that you simply need to get off your desk because of your limited bandwidth, it's important to position it properly when discussing it with the employee. When employees understand that you'll stay in touch with them throughout the implementation period of the delegation assignment and that you'll help make them become the "subject matter expert" in that particular space and build their self-confidence, then delegating becomes easier for the manager and better appreciated by the staff members. What you DON'T want to do is hand something off, tell your employees they're on their own to "figure out for themselves," and then make them feel like you're waiting for them to make a mistake with that new responsibility (they they never asked for in the first place). Help people understand that you're delegating for their own benefit AND share how much it will help you and the rest of the team as well. Thanks again for the invite to join you!
Wonderful discussions all around, Ed. You have a talent for pulling together great speakers and shepherding the conversations in unique and fascinating directions. So happy to be part of such a prestigious panel!
One of the best quotes by Heather de Cruz-Cornaire "...data showed us that what people really want is human connection they want human connection in the context of a very, very emotional roller coaster experience of moving um and then what we found was that policy so let's look at what's missing right in the talent Mobility space what's missing in policy and what we found was using process of thematic analysis that was very rigorous what we found was that the psychological contract with the Deep expectations of what is expected from policy there was a mismatch okay so what do we do about it..."
Greetings , May we talk about your UA-cam Channel ? I'm literally interested to talk about this.
Thank you Ed Cohen for being in your program once again and Dr. Ken Lloyd for our great talk 😊
Hello Mehibe, that was inspirational, do you have a website?
What an informative interview! Thanks, Ed, for giving Heather an opportunity to talk about her extensive research. Heather, you are truly a ROCKSTAR!
I appreciate your video
EVERYONE deserves an epic work experience!!
Really great interview @Ken Oehler & @Ed Cohen! Thanks for sharing. Happy holidays too ;)
Thank you Maryann... I invite you to come back on GlobalTVtalkshow.
What a FABULOUS conversation....two conversations in fact. One about how leadership is changing and the other about AI and the medical industry. Great stuff!
Thought I had commented and wanted to applaud this show. Thank you for raising the topic of intercultural competence, and the investment companies are losing by not being inclusive. The story of the Indian Specialist was sad, and I share this view. Expats have a harder time making contacts. Same here in Zurich. We can show them where they find their people and where they feel at home. I'm so glad we are continuing to promote intercultural understanding, peace and building bridges around the globe.
Sehr gut! Danke schoen. . .
It was truly a great session Ed ! Thanks for inviting me for this panel 🙂
Any time!
A really excellent review and analysis of ‘Barbie’ by Dr Lynn Schmidt. I finally saw it at the cinema a few days ago and thought it was terrific! Thank you for giving Lynn a platform for her voice, Ed.
Thanks for sharing!
Her rhetoric around the election result on LinkedIn has been abominable. The absolute hatred of white men she has is disgusting and clearly comes from some event from her past. She is a radical and we do not need any more radicals these days
Excellent
Insightful commentary about the state of the workplace and the economy.
Great to be a part of this wide-ranging panel discussion, Edwin.
