I think you did an AMAZING job! Personally I think Regina would have a feminine but more edgy fashion (like corsets, leather, pants, platforms), I think Karen would wear cutesy babyish clothes (like cute baby tees, lots of unique shoes, sparkles/sequins, pastels, bows, etc.), I think Gretchen would wear some old money/preppy (Actual preppy not the 2024 tiktok preppy) and coquette fashion (tweed, argyle, headbands, plaid, sweatervest, houndstooth, etc.), and I feel like Cady would wear some Lululemon/brandy. I also think janis would make a lot of her outfits or thrift them (rips/holes/distressed clothes, docs, churches clothing, lots of painted clothes and patchwork)

After rewatching this, I feel like Karen would have the least polished look of the girls. To me she would probably have Lisa Frank inspired outfits, and outfits were that look like they would be from Justice. I also see her becoming friends with Damian because I feel like they would have similar interests

so i know this video is from like 2 years ago, and fashion changes pretty quickly, but as someone who was in highschool 2 years ago and is still in highschool. I'm sorry but its like you're just slightly wrong in all the ways that make me think "why does this grown adult lady think she knows what the highschool fashion trends of 2021 were?" idk, its not like i have a degree in fashion or whatever obviously, but like,, i feel like if meangirls was set in 2021 instead of 2004 their aesthetics would change, not just individual pieces of clothing?? idk

@the.navarose outfits were so much better and camp. These ones look so basic, the original ones were prettier so what’s the point?
