That is crazy, are you sure you are in the village village? Here in city in bulgaria i have unlimited inernet for $7. I have friends in the village and they say they pay much less in electricity than you. Myself i live alone in the city and my electricity is coming up to around 40 leva ($20) And my rent here in the city living in a nice 1.5 rooms apartment paying 300 leva per month. So how are you paying this much in the country for your bills?

Тъкмо днес по-рано се чудех кога ли ще се появи 12-я епизод. Според мен е нормално, че нещата не се развиха съвсем според очакванията ви. И мисля, че е защото сте под наем в напълно оборудвана къща с почти никаква градина, в доста тежък планински климат (зимата) и в село в трудно проходим район, твърде далеч от необходимите удобста, с които човек свиква. Щеше да е различно ако беше лична къща, която сами сте избирали, обзавели и т.н. Мога да споделя разликата в моя случай и защо при мен чувството е различно. Вашият канал е един от няколкото, които ме наведоха на мисълта да си взема и аз къща на село и да работя оттам някои дни от месеца, а също и да си почивам през уикенди и ваканции. И след месеци безрезултатно търсене, намерих. Локацията е достатъчно близо, за да е под 2 часа с кола от София, по хубав път. Не твърде близо до областен град с всичко необходимо, но не и твърде далеч (20 мин). Не исках напълно перфектна къща (за да мога да добавя personal touch) , но не и такава, която не е годна за живеене. А цените в БГ в момента са ужас. Имах късмет, не отричам. Адекватна цена за супер запазена къща с всичко необходимо, за да се живее вътре веднага. Е, не лукс като във вашия случай, но достатъчно уютна. Та чувството когато нещо е твое и имаш пълната свобода да вземаш решения за промени или подобрения (било то по къщата или по двора) е съвсем различно. Да, не съм постоянно там както във вашия случай и може би това ви идва малко в повече след години живот в столица. И все пак виждам, че имате ентусиазъм и желание да сте сред природа, на чист въздух и тишина. Моят съвет е при възможност да разгледате и други части на България и току виж намерите място, което ви е точно по вкуса и където евентуално бихте могли да си имате собствена къща. Родопите, колкото и красиви да са, не предоставят условията, които други райони имат. Разбира се, това е лично мнение. Поздравления за начинанието и ще ми е интересно да видя какво ви предстои. :)

I also notice that you feel the cold differently in a village as opposed to a big city. Maybe it's the clean air or the altitude (not sure) but 0 degrees in the village feels like 5-6 in the city.

Beautiful home to rent for such a low cost! Good job. I'm looking at semi-retiring in Bulgaria (will keep a small biz operating which can be run from anywhere in the world). Homes are cheap to buy with cash, even finished and furnished homes! Food is much cheaper as is fuel. Monthly electricity, cell and internet are super cheap. I think once you learn what is cheaper there and what is about the same, you can adjust your lifestyle to optimize expenses. Best wishes to you both!

I once wanted to live somewhere else in the country but As a retiree whose family originated in Bulgaria or former Ottoman Turkey but the Bulgarian government would rather give citizenship to Gypsies and other non ethnics…its very affordable, safe and plenty of good food. Great place except for the corruption in government.

I love knowing what the cost is in other countries. I hope to move to Bulgaria or Portugal in a year or so. If I can get a remote job. I repair medical equipment. it's hard to make that a remote job! I have also built many websites using WordPress and done the SEO but I don't consider myself an expert. Your channel is really good.
