Haha. The oven should have been mentioned. I love to cook and really appreciate having an oven. Anywhere not around lower sukhumvit or onnut should be ok if you prefer more local people around you. Regarding rental prices here the variance is huge. You can have one bedroom for as low as 60$ and sky is the limit if you have too much money. Thank you for your comment. 🙏

@@FarangGolf-BKK-TH You don't have to worry about your condo being too popular from your video cause not many will go there due to its age and old school environment. BTS is also far. Its an acquired taste. It reminds me of the 90s when i was living there. For me, i think its pretty cool and good value. The interior is also quite unique. Take note that flooding could be an issue in your surrounding area but that's normal in bkk😂

I agree with you. Have seen some pictures of the other units and some have Roman columns in their apartments. 😅 BTS is a bit far but not sure where I would take it to. Mostly stay home or go to one of the parks near by.

As I said in the video; I’m not getting anything out of it by recommending him, except that I know how hard it is to find a good reliable agent here and I hope that people relocating here wouldn’t have the same hassle as most newcomers do when the first move here.

We're betweem NZ and Korat these days but still like to get back down there to play when i'm passing through there. My local when I lived in BKK was ''The Pines'' out near Windsor and what used ot be President. Awesome cheap 18 hole daily course and well worth playing if you get the chance.

Kyllä se on mielessä käynyt. Mä otin jokusen tunnin keväällä, ja tuntui että peli parani tosi paljon. Ajanköyttökysymys. Nyt pelataan muutama rundi kuukaudessa ja se on yleensä yhtenä viikonloppuna. Varma on että olis mukavampaa jos osuis joskus palloon. 😅 -Harri

I like your UA-cam channel, because you're just the kind of golfers that get into trouble😅 There's a different youtubers for pro players. Of course, it's okay if you suddenly turn into a cratch player. But your channel is entertaining because of what you do. And language doesn't matter. Nyt sitten pyritään palvelemaan suurta osaa katsojista puhumalla meidän näkemystä englanninkielestä. Suomeksi kun puhuu, niin tekstit pitää tehdä käsin, kun muuten ne ei taivu esim. Thaimaalaisille katsojille.

Hyvin myös ymmärretty että osa nykyisistä katsojista saatetaan menettää, kun vaihdetaan kieltä. Uskotaan silti että pitkässä juoksussa onnistutaan paremmin palvelemaan kaikkia, kun kielenä englanti(tai sen ralliversio).

Aguella on todella hieno. Ollaan pelattu jokunen kerta. Muistaakseni vähän tyyris jatkuvaan pelaamiseen. Niillä hieno avainkorttisysteemi, jolla tekee kaikki ostokset kierroksen aikana. Kenttä luonnollisesti mahtava. Thana on kiva. Jäsenyyden kun ostaa, niin kohtuuhintainen kanssa. Se muistaakseni menee niin että heti eka kierros on jo halvempi, jos ostaa sen jäsenkortin. Ei mikään super ruuhkainen kenttä, mutta harvemmin pelataan kun ei ole iltagolfia siellä.

Aguellasta löytyy myös matskua Golfloma Krabilla videolta jos kiinnostaa kurkata.

Kyllä se Aguella kannattaa pelata jos siellä suunnalla on. Bangkokissa on sitten paljon kivoja kenttiä ja monta kenttää kanssa iltagolfiin. Sitä kannattaa kokeilla ainakin, jos ei aikaisemmin ole kokeillut.
