I'm surprised Shere Khan is not on the list as he's an interesting villain the way he wanted to kill Mowgli simply because he was of Man. He has a hatred for man and their guns most likely from being hunted by evil poachers who want his fur to sell on the black market. Because of that, he saw the man-cub as just another man who would hunt him when he grew up and decided to get the boy before he got him. His hatred for the bad apples caused him to not see this man-cub would more likely grow up to be a man who would protect the jungle and animals like him. Can't help but feel sorry for the tiger.
