A bit late to the party but is it possible to mod stages? Wanted to know if it would be possible to replace them with new stages. Some stages could have texture work improved and look a lot better modded imo

someone knows how to extract the textures / assets ? i dont really know how to manipulate games files

I've tried installing the mod and it only seems to have half worked for me. I made sure to follow the steps properly but when I go to the "combo trial" option in-game it freezes at character select. Any idea on how to fix this?

I'm stuck on "checking online service", I tried removing the mod and starting up again and it stills says "checking online service" did I accidentally get myself banned? I just wanted to do combo trials. :(

Nearly finished with all of these trials, this is such a high effort mod you're a legend man.

Amazing really is although you did forget to mention one feature that keeps coming up not sure what I push to bring it up, but it comes up something about enable disable combo recorder, as well as export and there’s no options switching on the second option. Saying that wanted to say thank you again you’re the man dude thank you also what I talked about also only comes up in the Training mode not the combo trial mode FYI.

does this game have input error when playing on keyboard? i hit jump/right and light at the same time but my player wont jump half of the time and instead just does a standing light lol it shows I'm pressing the input correctly and I should be doing a jumping light, having hard time continuing the juggle because of this..

You should make a version for those who don't have the game on Steam because there are many people who don't have it on Steam.

I'd eate sentry mastodon as a worth playing and fairly easy as well was kne kf the Ford characters I got good with when game was first released and just coming back to it now

Totally useless. How to download files there if it wants to work only in browser? Filezilla do not work with it. So who need this at all? Better simply enable port in terminal and work with files freely.

I find your ratings interesting. I only started playing BTFG last month (Aug 2023), so I don't know if the game has changed or had updates since you first made this video. I find Jason to be very good. He's easy to learn to play, but that is deceptive. It takes a while to learn which of his moves are good counters to what types of attacks from your opponents, so mastering his moveset is hard. I think people's first reaction is to go into a match knowing a few of his moves and then just unconsciously revert to button mashing as the match goes on. Once you start to always play intentionally knowing which moves to use in which situations, Jason can be a powerful character. People tend to forget to use his blaster shots and just try to get in close right away and overpower the opponent. That however is a trap. You can't play that way right away. You have to know when to go in. His anti-airs are also easy to overlook. For me his most powerful move is his glowing sword thrust, it just takes away so much momentum from an unsuspecting opponent who thinks he's getting the upper hand on you. I find Cenozoic Blue to be a hard character to learn but i absolutely fear opponents that know how to use him well. He is a very dangerous character. I completely agree with you on RJ-- he is an overpowered character in this game and to be feared. The Gold Ranger (Trey) is a finesse or technique character. Opponents that know how to mix his attacks properly can destroy you if you are not careful. Doggie Cruger is another one of those technique characters, he doesn't have overpowering strength, but i have played against players that seem to know exactly what move to use against which attack. He is quite frustrating to play against as an opponent always having a response for almost anything you might care to do. All it takes is one careless mistake against a good Cruger player and you will be put into a brutal endless juggle. His glowing sword strike has such a wide arc. It's a devastating move. Thank you so much for this video and your review. I like the game very much. I think it needs another major update of new characters for ranger teams that are not yet represented. I'd love to see characters from turbo, in space, lightspeed rescue, wild force, ninja storm, dino thunder, operation overdrive, rpm, dino charge, ninja steel, etc. i think eventually every ranger team should have 1 character in the game. But who knows if that's what the developers want to do? I'd certainly pay for the expansion.

This plugin is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me at all. After turning “enable server” on it stays on for about 30 seconds then switches off again. During the short time it is on none of the adresses work on my phone.

Do these combos still work in the current version of the game? I'm having a hard time finding patch notes for the last 1 or 2 patches. Your videos are amazing, I was able to learn both Gia and Lauren using your other vids. If these combos are current, is there any way you could please write the notations fully in the description of the video?

possible for online training to make it so you dont die and instead after not taking damage you recover to full hp? this could be tracked via the client side like making it so the game keeps them from dropping below 1 hp and refull after x time. This way the two can track damage of combo strings in realtime
