This manga is good on its own .its not the problem that author was an hentai artist or other sone kind of artist if ge make it good it will be good. I really like this manga i really amuse that how he manage to adapt the anime and make a total different manga. Litrely create a another ash Ketchum. The art style is really good he shows effort in this . I really appreciate his work. He mix fantasy and realistically at once. If not count the woman his work in this manga is really good

I remember watching Season 1, way befoe I knew all about the drama. And back then I too realized that fater the whole "movie arc" there should have been development. But they did not even refer to each other as friends or something. You do not do all that work for a stranger when its not your paid Job. Fast forward to me reading the Manga out of curiosity (after I heard about the whole drama around the story) and damn... I really thought something would change in that public bath, when she waits for him to talk and then after... nothing happened. Closed the chapter and stopped. Sometimes even dumpster fires are not worth looking into.
Once their relationship developed a little bit, but he was still "renting" her I was over it. At some point for the story to be good he needed to start having a normal relationship with her, not necessarily romantic at first but it had to get rid of the "renting". Also, pink hair girl (i forget her name) is the easy win. Even his trial period gf is fine. She forced him into it, but it's not like he doesn't have major flaws of his own. She is cute, affectionate, and loyal. But then he just let's the "trial" run forever which is scummy. MC is so annoying.
I mean, it simply proves how many readers can relate to the protagonist. Just to clarify, Japanese readers--they also want to rent girlfriends they are almost impossible to get in real life. 🤣🤣

If she's never gonna fall for him then just say that to him why keep using him to her convenience and him being such a simp is honestly disgusting. Thank God I never read that swimming pool scene.
It was pretty bad after the movie arc up till the swimming scene. And then it happened and I just closed my phone and stared at my ceiling for a sec... absolutely insane play from the author
@@OrionComics I don't know how the Author doesn't get what the problem is. Everyone's been screaming about it for forever. It's so simple, just move the plot forward, make the characters grow and don't make them do disgusting things.
