Love this gonna try it out with my four-year-old…the leaf part using markers and perhaps a spray bottle to bleed the colors. Then I can do the branch and hang the leaves for him

Dr Christopher Hobbs herbalist and mycologist says always to cook your mushrooms or prepare in tea form. Asians always eat cooked mushrooms. There was a recent study showing that eating just one mushroom per day ups your immune cell count. Beta flu and are extremely beneficial components of mushrooms that are highly touted in research. I hope this helps along with this fine presentation.

Could it be that Americans in general consume too much meat and not enough vegetables? A recent report from the nih showed that the consumption of meats contributes to cancer. That has been known for decades here in the us and even per studies by the Germans. Also consider the Blue Zones and the absence of meat and it’s correlation to longevity.

It’s my understanding that watercolor markers should be stored horizontally. I think this is the case with most markers. Enjoyed the beautiful leaves.

I think maybe the mushroom farmer cancer study, or the diabetes study, might be something like: it's not that they're eating more mushrooms, but rather that they're eating less meat (for umami's sake) because of the place mushrooms have in their diets? or the mushrooms have replaced some sort of food group that raises cancer risk?
