When he still had hair
where slapstick :(
the top players all literally sound like Joe Alessi... what's the point? money can't buy you individuality, it seems
They definitely dont sound like Joe Alessi they sound like good high school players
I love this, but how are you gonna have some percussion but no whip crack 😫
I’ve been here this night truly.Thank you!
Is it bach36?

Beautiful 🎉. I’m a trombone player at Knightdale high school. I am blown away by how fantastic this was. Amazing. Do it again plsssss
Fantastic ! Beautiful arrangement !
Love this. Great job
Wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing.
2:48. The horse hit puberty!
転調が頻繁で演奏は難しいですね。
Thanks, Professor Alessi! Thanks, guys! Fabulous sounds! I'll share this with my young guys here in Tallinn. --George, MM in trombone with Per Brevig,1977-1979 (Good times!)
Fantastic playing!
Joe Alessi, Astudent of the late Glen Dodson....I don't know who his conducting teacher was....
Sounds so…hesitant and laid back…..
Man, nothing blends more beautifully with a trombone than a whole bunch of other trombones.
WoW ´❤
Sweet, now they can blast into their own ears instead of the French horns or saxes
Super nice arrangement, musical, and well-played!
This is not well played its out of tune with poor articulation and it drags
All we need is snow now😁😁👍💥💥💥
2:04 fatest shit in history 😢
Most badass sounding shit I’ve ever heard
Ok someone please tell me the name of lead trombone.
Wonderfully joy- making. Terrific playing
As a young boy I went to Mr. Anderson's house in CT. and met him. I am sure he is looking down at this with a big smile on his face. Well done.
Very nice! Cool arrangement.
Sounds great!
What a glorious sound so superbly played! WOW!
So this is the tone of the Juliard musicians
Julliard gave the world distinguished alumus Dr. Philip Jameson class of 1964, Master's 1965, Doctorate from Columbia 1980. Professor of trombone at the University of Georgia 1967-2009. Founder of the University of Georgia Trombone Choir. Probably the best trombone studio in the country at a state university for the longest time.
Awesome.
So perfect and dead sounding. Modern orchestral training at its best
Blend, balance, beauty, power, unity, just 👌😩
No it really isnt…
FORTNITE???
The whole cd is now available on digital platforms. juilliardtrombonechoir.hearnow.com/
Wow, so impressive. These students are terrific. Thank you.
trombone choirs are always so good!!
I remember playing this song on contrabass trombone in college and putting the stank on those low notes. Good times.
Fantastic.
That was fun to listen to.
Fabulous!
Puts me in the Christmas spirit for sure!
Sounds terrific! I love all those luscious ribbon mics in there as well😀
Idk if my headphones are just being weird, but i feel like the lead was mixed in too high on the recording
I'm just blown away by all this The melody sounds so good on trombone and the harmony is so perfect The way it all comes together and the articulation is just soooo good
Nice sharp notes from the 1st trombone
Looks like every RCA ribbon mic in town was present for this recording. But hey. Great musician deserve great mics. Lovely playing. And Joe’s version of IGSOY on Boneified is one of the best recorded. Up there with Buddy Morrow and the Cincinnati Pops and TD himself. Those are my top three. All equal.
What a delightful presentation of this Christmas classic! LOVED IT!!!!!
