If you wouldn't mind sharing, how long did it take you to make this a profitable business and when did you get your first truck mount? Is there good money to be made doing this business by yourself?
@@josiah1311 I don’t mind you asking at all. I wish I had a good answer for you about how long it took me. This company I bought from my uncle but my uncle bought it from my dad in the early 80s. My dad had a couple of truckmounts back in 78. I did brake off from the family business for awhile around a decade ago and started my own thing. I bought a ninja portable and a Rotovac and that did great for a couple of years. Then I bought another truckmount 2-3 years on my own. I was able to make a decent enough living providing for my family of 5 with a stay at home wife. Anyway, I could write a book probably about my road to get to where I am now, but I’ll answer you with yes, you can make good money doing this by yourself. No you don’t need a truckmount to start, you can achieve great results without, it just take a bit longer to clean without a truckmount.
Hi, just wondering about the Mytee Eco….what do you find are some of the benefits of using this machine for commercial work?
@@briancorfield3844 that machine does a fantastic job at cleaning! It’s heavy and aggressive and has a big solution tank and nice jets. It looks nice too I think. But the reliability of it is lacking out of the factory. You will need to buy different stainless steel bearings and probably extra electrical switches but then it’ll clean for years.
@@northlandsteamcleaners I will keep that in mind. Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. I’m looking forward to getting into the field.
😎🤘
I think I know those people 😅
@@MarkSaiger yeah buddy
Thanks so much! Really appreciate it. Got my mower working and it moves fast. Need to wait a few more days for my grass to grow so I can really test it out.
@@echoshizzle you bet. It’s fun to mow with
😎🤘. Nice 😊. I think we need a collaboration soon 😊
@@MarkSaiger we do for sure!
i have a question ?? is it supossed to let out air through the grey vent thats under the dust bin ? mine started letting out dust through there for no reason?
@@djprideone1 that would be the exhaust of the vacuum. But it shouldn’t be blowing dust. You might need to take it all apart and give it a good cleaning. And maybe a seal went bad?
Hey man, good review. I just received a mower and have a totally random question- can you take the control panel (where the key goes) off and take a pic of the wiring? I received one today and the wires aren’t hooked up. Ryobi was useless.
@@echoshizzle yeah I’ll try soon
@@northlandsteamcleanersthanks man. Appreciate it!!
@@echoshizzle sorry this took me awhile! I made a video. Do you still need it? I can upload it to my channel or text it to you.
@@northlandsteamcleanershey can you upload it please? I really appreciate it! I couldn’t find any content on UA-cam for the control panel. Think it could be useful!
@@echoshizzle done. Kinda rough but hopefully can help someone
Hello cleaners I hope you have a good weekend also.
Hello I like this video because you are hoovering the carpet and I even do that because it makes my house look tidy.
So which would recommend Zipper or Trex ??
@@ulyssesbullock7261 I still find the zipper wand to be king in large commercial areas. Trex can’t be beat in residential.
Excellent detail! Where do you get foam it pump up sprayer?
@@runzization Amazon
Yeah dude it looks like you need a shampoo that rug
I wanted to. Wish I had brought some of my equipment

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂 You're doing a great job at cleaning the carpet.I'm liking your videos inscribed so yeah😅
Thank you
What sort of truck mounted machine you runs with this gadget.
I think in this video we were using the Sapphire 1200se which is a direct drive unit. We also run the zipper wands with an Apex GT and a Dynachem 534.
can you use those pads again?
Oof. What a good one 😎🤘
Can you please give a honest opinion on what Orbital machine is the best. I can only afford one. I was sold on the orbital vibe but after watching your video on the tip blooming and the mytee eco bearings problem. I just don’t know now! Please help.
We primarily use the Trinity Phoenix now. Great reliable cleaning machine! Very simple to use and repair if need be.
I really dont like the velcro pad holder! Velcro Chews up the pads more than the red bristle type pad holders. + the velcro gets plugged up with fiber strands, then it dosnt hold the pad as well.
