Im impressed with efficiency, but at what cost. The tech gets exposed to x-ray while holding pressure. The patient gets exposed to cleaning products while on the table.. which should not be occurring. CRNA leaves the patient before giving report hand-off to pacu nurse. If the nurse is cleaning how are they caring for the patient? How does the team go to the restroom, clean the room, finish documentation, take the patient back, and give a report in 15 minutes? You must have a backup up team to give lunch to the tavr team. Having the extra budget for a separate cleaning crew is really nice but they may not always be available once you take gloves off. You must not be able to spend much time speaking with the family after procedure. 7 a day is impressive, but running a crew that hard all the time will result in burnout.
