I couldn't agree with you more brother. Dakota is owed 6p million next year. He has a no trade clause. If they cut him it would devastate our cap. Jerry gave this kid 157 million since he got his money. All the while his production has been awful. Worst contract in the league. LVE can't play middle linebacker. That position is vital. What the hell are they waiting for to make a change there?! Also the best coaches since Landry are clearly Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcells. BOTH these top level guys resigned and could not stay with Jerry the GM. Every other coach has been the wrong guy. Jason Garrett tried and had some success but again not a killer. He's a clipboard guy. Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcells are killers. They play to win or die. Jerry Jones is all about his $$. It's a shame. I feel for us fans who love this team.

I just watched someone’s list of five best Cowboys backs. He listed Zeke at 3! I like Zeke and he was a great talent, but the bar in Dallas different! When you say running back, that means you aren’t splitting hairs about HB FB. Zeke isn’t three. Emmitt probably has to be above Dorsett but man Dorsett was amazing! I think personally, it’s tough to put anyone over Dorsett but Emmitt was tough and clutch! Newhouse is three. I don’t care about FB HB differences. Newhouse was a tank. Preston Pearson was amazing in his role too. It’s unfair that these players had Super Bowl teams to play on but this is Dallas! Did those players elevate Dallas to those Super Bowls? Did Zeke elevate Dallas to greatness or are we just talking Zeke’s stats were great?

Amen Brotha!. I'm 65 years of age and been (or was) a Dallas Cowboy fan since I was 5 years of age. Preston Pierson was one of the most excited Cowboy players the Organization has ever had. You hit the nail right on the head sir, Management. to many fingers in the pie, and ego is the main problem. When Jones stuck his whole hand in the pie the downfall began. Jimmy Johnson said the problem long ago." I respect him as a businessman, But not as a coach". Coach Bill Parcels said once " It's hard to win here in Dallas". Hmmm I wonder Why.
