Explanation: Both 0s are to the power of 1. The rules of dividing exponents is to simplify it by subtracting the exponents and keeping the base (Which is 0). 1 - 1 = 0, this brings us to 0 ^ 1 / 0 ^ 1 = 0 ^ 0. oh I have an explanation. the formula works like this (n doesnt equal to 0) n^3/n^2= n*n*n/n/n=(n/n)(n/n)n=n^(3-2) as you see n/n=1 so the first two would get canceled out leaving a n^1 but if you look closely, 0/0 doesnt get canceled out because 0/0 is unidentified if we try to substitute it, 0^3/0^3=0*0*0/0/0/0=(0/0)(0/0)(0/0)=?*?*? that just doesn't make sense
i'm too lazy to solve that, sorry
