I believe were they say Gaga has PTSD from her truma and like many sexual assault there is different ways brains deal with it. I believe Gaga isn't just bisexual ,but has a integrated split personality. It is simple the brains way of surviving what it can't deal with. Split personality you have different blind identities some not awear of the others. They are just are soul ID not wanting to be mean, child like, kind or whole with a soution we don't agree with. A integrated split personality is awear with out useing different ID to blame that we must do or handle something even if we don't whole agree with it. We can marry a man we love and have a sexual or even admiration of a women without it being a mental betrayal of our husband.( it is a human response). You can be a Star that wants to do a job ,but conflexed because you see it as a danger to your emotional relationship. It is how see processes it. Many don't see the theart of a biological male taking over the women identity let alone the.effect the biological women takes away from the womens roll. Psychology is a difficult social process effect in basic natural understanding let alone alter it. There is a pattern to natural biology and these gender and sexual response breaks have a great effect. Lol the fact that many knew homosexual legal marriage was going to cause this flood of attackes on what is mental and that the basic understanding of biological nature would be attacked and could not be controlled from happening astonishes me. I believe the government until or present president and party group got a hold of it could be done. They should of labed it legal relation partnerships because marriage was a religious thing governments gave a certificate for the shake of wealth peoples heirs. ( passing a long rights)

It been many years that I've been outta the City but I'm just wondering if My walks in My city park I walk in. I don't have accommodating Family nor do I own a vehicle. I just had a neighbor that died at the age of 67 and I'm sure She wasn't getting out other than necessity errands. How ever Ted Kaczynski died at the age of 81 in solitary confinement. I'm not in solitary confinement Myself but there are many of ill people who are. Then there are those mysterious "Healthy People" who die when the wind blows them the right way.

wasn't consistent in my work, and when I worked I wasn't very productive because I was overworking. My brain has to think about something else for a moment to be highly productive during my work. Work less but be very productive when you work and for that, you have to recharge and unwind and recreational activities are good for that @@StephEWaterstram

'Control the controllables' is something I have kept top of mind during this period. I watched Groundhog Day early in the pandemic and that allowed me to frame this up nicely. Languishing is something that is everywhere now. Scary but important to control what you can and get after it. "It is simple but not easy" YES! I also love the idea brought forward by #RichRoll who says"mood follows action"

Hi Dr. I recently caught your interview on News 1130 as I was doing more research into the psychology of hate. The second you said 'social diet' I knew you were someone I had to follow after letting my curiosity run the marathon eating up everything on our fallible mammalian brains. I plan on going through more videos on your criminally undersubscribed UA-cam channel. Thank you for providing these insights. I think an interesting experiment to do regarding the topic of this video(other than realizing I've been using the term mindfulness incorrectly) would be to get two groups where one would turn their cell phones off when they're faced with a specific task. Then maybe you could look at different intersections with the same lens to gauge the impacts of social media and how it's engineered to captivate our engagement as well as provide fear fuel. I mean, we already know it's bad but, if we can demonstrate that it affects our ability to perform in our careers, that might be significant.
