I am enjoying the Poe tree very much and liking how it is coming out. With the starts, that is why I have semi plans so that I can get progress on what I have by still get the thrill of a new start every so often. I am just trying to finish a couple before I start another project. You do what works for you and I love seeing when you get a finish in like the stockings that you where doing for your girls. I am sure that your grandpa will love the horse. Can't wait to see your progress. Happy stitching.

The piece is called Drover's Sunset. It is designed by Fiona Jude. She has a website - countrythreads.info/ I am not sure if the pattern is still available as I got it a few years ago however Fiona has lots of patterns of similar style.

I got the book many years ago. I think that I saw it in my local craft store and picked it up. When I saw it I knew that I had to have it.

I mostly drink a loose leaf black tea, it is called Bushells Blue Label. It is a blend that I can buy here in Australia. I brew it in my teapot then drink it with a dash of milk. I also have other black teas to choose from depending on my mood: English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Prince of Wales. I have a Chai Blend which I brew in a pot of milk on the stove ( shown by an Indian friend) which comes out like a latte. I also have fruit blend and green teas in loose leaf form for a refreshing change: green, peppermint, chamomile, strawberries and cream (which my baby chose because it smells like strawberries) and one called fruit tingle which is a fruity blend. Now this might sound strange but i have a bit of milk with all of my teas to give them a bit of sweetness to them.

I plan on finishing the little mouse into a pillow. from there I am not sure if I will give it to one of the children, put it in one of my bowls with other finished pillows or set it aside as a gift. @@theokiestitcher that it is. I have a little draw with mine in. The boys choose out of it for their teachers gifts at the end of the year. It is also handy for little thank yous that you want to give at random times.

I am glad that you like the projects. I think that they are pretty special. So happy to hear that your package has arrived safely. We are lucky to have somewhere to go for our holidays. It is strange because when I was in primary school, every second person knew someone with a farm and those that didn't would sometime tag along when we went away. Now in a school of over 500 now there might be 20 kids that have the same opportunities. How things have changed. I love getting out of the city to recharge. Good luck and happy stitching. I think that there is something special about liking the bowl as a child. My boys were both wanting to like the bowls of what we were making this weekend. They had it all over their faces after the fun. I hope that you enjoy. I would love to hear what you think of them.

Thanks for sharing the projects that you are working on. Love hearing about other designs out there. My collection is from many years of doing this amazing craft. Most of it from before children, when I had extra spending money. It is amazing how healing cross stitching can be to ones self. I agree with the passion and meditation part. You're welcome for the shout out. I have been going back over some of your older uploads and have been enjoying them. The ladies are really nice at my local craft store. They don't have everything but they try there best. I have now finished the bunny, he just needs a wash and then being fully finished. Sometimes the backstitching is just needed. If it can be worked in while stitching, I find it can be easier but when it is all at the end sometimes it is a struggle. Sorry about the sound in the beginning of this video. I tried to fix it but it just wasn't right but it would have been a whole new upload and it was loaded before I found the glitch. The word you are missing was moon. I think that Bernadette is supposed to be a different type of bird but I agree with you with the screaming chicken look. My son keeps calling it a chicken. After everything, my day ended up being a good day evening though it was an interesting one. Hope that your day is going well.
