This recording could be also used for meditation, relaxation, and improving well-being. They are used also in sound therapy sessions. Sound therapy combines ancient wisdom with modern knowledge.
Evidence of using sound, music and chants for healing purposes dates back thousands of years to Australia's Aborigines, Egyptians and people of the Eastern world. Throughout human history, the sound has been integrated into our daily practices, meditations, celebrations, rites of passage and sacred ceremonies across the globe. Sound therapy is drawing from those old traditions and integrating with modern scientific research.
Sound therapy can use many different specialised instruments including Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, crystal bowls, voice, drums and percussive instruments.
Sound therapy has a positive impact on the whole well-being. It helps with many disorders caused by stress, anxiety, sleeping disorders, PTSD, reducing physical pain, dealing with past traumas and blockages, making changes in old habits, quieting the busy mind. It’s also a great stress relief, helps lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, shift consciousness, keep people more grounded and helps to achieve inner peace.
To listen to those instruments, you don't need to know how to meditate. Just try to gently focus on following your breath and the sounds of the instruments.

    This has been my favorite meditation video for a long time now. These are really helpful for beginners that have decide that the "guided meditations" are just not so helpful as the silent ones. This helped me a lot concentrate and be mindful about my breathing; I do not only use this video on the cushing but also when studying, reading, etc. I have to recognize that this video (and almost all of your videos) has really help me improve my life. My words can't express how grateful I am for having found your channel, wish you the best.

    Super useful! I’ve been using guided meditations pretty heavily up until recently, and this is a great tool for me to transition to non guided as the bell is a perfect non verbal reminder to stay present :)
