Hello Ashley, so when you mentioned their complaint that your teaching didn't match the salary you were receiving, do you mean they were disatisfied with your job?why? I'm an English teacher and have been teaching for 7 years so far depending on textbooks so I've been wondering how hard is it to plan your lessons on a daily basis creating all the resources on your own. This is my greatest concern regarding the teaching positions in China (if my lessons are going to be effective) or elsewhere abroad where teaching runs in the same fashion. Did you feel challenged by that?
