I'm in this situation, and will check the back out. Watched another video on a possible solution (left side drainage clogged). that wasn't it. mine sounds like it wants to run, but then back to blinking normal and the chime notified. stay tuned.

Samsung stinks & will never buy another appliance from them. I had a $2800. refrigerator that died in 4 years bc I stored it for a summer in storage and the so called earth friendly foam insulation degraded and therefore the condensation built up when plugged back in and killed it. The chemicals in old good foam insulation kept foam from being so sensitive to temperatures changes. I guess another appliance being in the dump is really earth friendly & green……so stupid and when will people wake up the the nonsense that seems to be motivating this stupidity.

The leak sensor is that round assy with the two wires hooked to it in the bottom tray. That’s what makes the normal light flash, it detects a major leak. It’s a Styrofoam float. The two things you called sensors with the wires hooked to them are the ends of the heating element. the impeller with the bad oring is the drain pump. Mine was leaking I believe from the same place. I’ll never buy another Samsung Dish washer.

This was also the issue with our dishwasher; that O-ring isn't rated for heat. Replaced with an Imperial Supply O-ring, part #70081, 51 mm ID, 57 mm OD. Hope this helps someone... and this is also the last Samsung appliance we'll ever purchase, as our Samsung refrigerator has had multiple issues. Never again.

There is one inside the pump assembly. That's the one that was my culprit. Easy fix!!! Check your model number or take it with you to make sure to get the same size. Remember it may be worn so if anything go a little smaller ( only if you have to ) but make sure it's around the same diameter and shape (round vs flat seal) to ensure a water tight seal. Hope this helps:)

    • @devinmccloud

In my case, the styrofoam switch that activates the normal blinking light detected water. I opened it and found a noodle under it. Dried the water. Cleaned out the stainless grate, funnel trap, and screen filter. All three were plugged with black sludge putting pressure on the valve o-ring. After cleaning it thoroughly, reassembling, and test a new load, the issue was resolved. I retrack my above statement. I think this was a user error on my part due to improper maintenance.

Me being 60 yr old women not able to take this thing out and apart, so i decide to get my wetvac remove the screen from inside the washer located next to the water wands, and suck out what water was left in there, about 6 minutes, then i placed my small garage floor fan in front of dish washer, and in about 10minutes everything went back to normal working fine.
