The advert is far superior to the airline today, it really is a joke of a service, over selling 100 seat flights by ten seats then telling those unfortunate enough to have drawn the short straw your on the next flight yet end up on one 8 hours later with zero offer of compensation which had to be attained weeks after by endless emails and having to prove the case when some idiot tried to dismiss it. Ended up being refunded 4 passengers the cost of our flights but lost a day in London as a result of being pushed back so far... Tickets had been bought and paid for 8 odd months prior to flight. Will never fly BA again.
