From the look at it, this mall is already bankrupt. There are many vacant stalls, and even in the food hall or gallery, there are lot of food business who left their space. The tenants are leaving this place, maybe this mall needs renovation to attract business.
The mall is owned by the Araneta. I guess it is not. This mall is part of the growing Araneta City.
