Csx 517 was later involved in a wreck in January of 2012 at Sumon and was scrapped there.

Backwards trains means called long hood train
Q025.
Awesome K5HL
This was before they became ES40DCs
Please fix the title. It's misleading.
Um, you do realize that this is not a commuter train, it's a LIGHT RAIL train.
So, people who work at the mall and ride the train to get there aren’t commuting?
@@mattlanta88 no, I am saying that there is a difference between commuter rail and light rail.
Impressive. Good camera angles. Florida is such a great place! What does the outside of the Jacksonville depot look like? Or, it's interior, for that matter? I know that some would like to see Jacksonville Terminal used as a depot again, but doubt that'd happen. Amtrak never liked those stations whereby back-up moves were required. Only takes two 4000hp (or 4200hp) GE locomotives to handle Auto Trains, whereas it used to require three F40PHs. They also used those General Electric P30CHs up through the 1980s, but I don't think the passenger railroad was happy with their performance.
The station is not bare bones but clean and functional. I agree that Florida is a great place for train spotting and the FEC yard is a great place to visit.
The outside of the station is near and clean. The trackside of the station is wonderful. Very spacious covered from the sun.
Hi, Nice shots of rail traffic. Good job man👍👍Greetings, Martin 🙋♂🚉🚂🚆
Thank you!!!! Greetings to you as well!
Those engines are beasts 👍👍😎😎💪💪
Choo, choo!!!
Remember watching this as a little kid. What memories :)
Very useful!
That sounded like 6901
That's not backwards. Its actually the safer way to run a train. Its quite common. If there's not a wye at the origin of the train (which it looks like a Gainesville Grain train), the engines pull the consist Long Hood Forward. For grain trains its very common. I've lived near and railfanned at that exact line all my life and LHF Grainers come through at LEAST twice a month. Its not backwards. Backwards would be the engines on the rear, pushing the train forwards with a railcar on the visual "front" of the consist.
Trees: Ah, Sh!t ,Here we go Again
Hahahahaha
thx for making my day 😂😂😂
😂😂
Just passed by my girlfriend's house not even 10 minutes ago
The Rarest Part Is NS 2772
Where is the bell located
Down by the driving wheels
Which side. The right or the left?
That was not the "erie lackawana". That was the delaware lackawana and western heirtege unit. The heirtege unit you saw was one of the railroads that merged with the erie railroad to form the Erie lackawana
Awesome video Matt!
Excellent catch BNSF train! I got all BNSF Train video on my channel
Lol that kid😂
THE CRAZY 8s HAS RETURNED
That train is like 7 miles long damn
Awesome, I just seen that same locomotive not even an hour ago!
Someone doesn't know how to park
How do you now the cars are carrying graun?
Well, it’s been tracked from its origin, plus grain falls out of it as it goes by.

Gene Dutton no idea. Huge though.
Do you mind if I use the bell footage for a project I’m working on. It’s for Top 10 Best Steam Locomotive bells. I’ll be sure to credit your name.
Trey Fox yes! No problem at all!
The trains in order are: 97 Silver Meteor 52 Auto Train 92 Silver Star 53 Auto Train
Great mix of power! I’ve always wanted to catch CP and BNSF together. I subscribed. Would you mind subbing back?
MB_Rock03 I’ll subscribe right now!!!
Its the Minneapolis LRT (or light rail train) & the blue line PLUS it goes so smooth that sometimes I can't even feel it
Is this at the viewing platform or the museum?
Jared Klock This is at the viewing platform

CSX Railline Productions thanks!!!
Check out my cab ride ua-cam.com/video/tMK6c4MLEe0/v-deo.html
Nice capture of the horses of a different color SD60M TRI-CLOPS and another hard working EMD SD70ACe bringing up the rear. NS proves whatever BNSF throws away, they can overhaul and make it last another day.
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh rare!
Nice vid.
Ty Smith thanks!!!
