So it CAN take full sun… I have a tiny one and everywhere says to put it in partial light, but I have it in my south window and it’s doing good for the first time in ages.
This was outside in full light on the island of the Dominican Republic.

Thanks so so much for this video and recipe, I spent many summers in Cabarete in the 80's and 90's surfing and windsurfing before the DR became popular, this video was GREAT. I'm going to make that chicken dish this weekend! You didn't mention it, but it looked like you also added garlic, yes? Also, the marinade looked like it had some watery liquid in it, what was that?? Thanks again for bringing so many great memories I have of the DR
