Starlight could've literally written to Sunburst while he was at school but decided to start a cult instead Sunburnt was probably pretty busy studying a bunch because he sucked at actually doing spells and was trying to figure out where he went wrong And because of his social anxiety I'm pretty sure him noticing that even after months of him being gone he hadn't received a single letter from Starlight would make him think she didn't want to talk to him

Some people are really not accurate in the comments here, aspergers is a different form of ASD (trust me, i have it and was diagnosed WITH it). It is on the spectrum, and it's not serious like some cases, you can still do daily life normally. You just need more help and support. (And all cases of autism are diffrent, even IF diagnosed the same. Me and brother are but were completely different.)
