Defending the fortress against ~120 goblin invaders. The Ballista claimed a few kills, the marksdwarf downed several, and the cage traps were mostly reliable. Mostly.

what goblins die from drowning? why do i feel like my goblins never did that.. ok nice to know :'D
Goblins are a strange creature. They never age and don't need to eat but will drown in deep water. Keep in mind Dwarven engineering means cages will protect guilty goblins from drowning.

The Plasma Turrets are designed to attack the incoming space ships and, as shown, work really well
at 1:43 you can see the turret that was firing

It sure was a great game, one of the best actually. To bad the company which made it went broke. If it would be released on steam, I think some people might play it again. :)
I read they got screwed by their publisher. Too bad :(
I used to hate how inefficient the trucks were, and used to take manual control to keep steel smelting. Building more research facilities used to make research bomb along though.
Yeah, setting up your own routes was almost a must. The auto only worked for small cities/bases, and not super well.
I have played it! But I had no clue how it worked (which is a shame since it seems to have a lot of depth to it!) Thanks for the memories!
