Hello there, I'm from Pakistan, age 50. I'm suffering mental health issues due to losses in business and discouragement from some of my family members especially wife, from years. I trying my best to restart my economic and social life but all in vain. I'm a manufacturer of stainless utensils. Completely stop the business from two years but personally not involved practically from four years approximately. In last December I rented another place for factory and installed the machinery I've and done some wiring piping masonry works etc what requires. I also have some stocks of raw materials and finished products but again fail to start the production because of my mental health issues which limits me from years. By the grace of Allah SWT, I've many many blessings from Almighty God. Thank God, I've a beautiful family, my daughter 22,, in her second semester of chemical engineering from a highly reputed Institute and my son 17, preparing for his O-level's finals starting from 29th April. May Allah SWT succeed them in all of their journey. I want to live healthy and happily with them and their kids by the grace of Almighty God. But unfortunately, I can't be focused as much as needed. Even doing yoga exercises from a few months on n off. Loosing my stamina, dignity and self worth. Spend life as an alien and alone in our own home. No more friends, no more talks, no more discussions. Shyness, hiding and afraid of people and issues rounds me, gripping me, tightly. Means I feel that perhaps I'm no longer able and fit to face and handle my affairs manly and properly. Just now, I received a call from my banks lawyer, even he encouraged me to face the banking issues bravely and boldly because yesterday he saw me in the court room and I'm avoiding him desperately. In the meantime I want to be my own cheer leader, to encourage myself, to lift up my self. But all of a sudden everything's disappear, all the emotions are gone as they never excited. Perhaps I need help. Please for God sake help me. I want to join you medically and physically. I need a doctor and a mentor also. Thank God, He, gives me the abilities, strengths, blessings but all in vain due to my conditions. Maybe within a few weeks or months that I spent in sanctuary with proper guidance and mentorship will help me and my family for the rest of our lives and pass on to our generations.. Today, I know the meaning of that who saved a single person likewise he who saved the whole humanity. Anxiously waiting for your response. Regards, Raja Humayun Javed. Thank you for your support of mental health healing which affects all of us! A missing link I will add is that most dis-eases such as bipolar, PTSD, etc. are effects of childhood trauma, usually *repressed* and passed on. They are brain dis-orders and are trying to be *resolved*. I am aware of this personally on a very deep level. Some helpful links are www.somaticexperiencing.com and healing-trauma.weebly.com. It is best to get to the Root Cause rather than just medicate the effects. Happy Restoration! 💜🙏💜
