On behalf of the 8 who have died at the hands of law enforcement in CDA ID just since 2001, every one of those families should have the right to put a ribbon on the memorial to an officer who shot and killed at least one of those 8 who died in this city in that time period. Three of those individuals died under Chief White's watch.

Why is there no closed captioning on City council meetings? Usually wouldn't care, but got an ear infection, and can barely hear.. so I am thinking that the City should pay for transcription or some kind of ADA compliant service? Those with hearing issues might watch if they can read what is being said.
