The Kraken represents our fears in life. We are all the captains of our own journey. If pirates let the fear of the Kraken keep them from sailing, they would never explore and get rewarded with treasures. This is what we need to remember. Recognize the fears you have and embrace them. Don't let them control you, instead seize them and use them to your advantage. If it scares you, it's probably good for you.

It is kinda pricey, but it’s nice that it is a 1 time cost! Better than a payment every month IMO
@@kapitan_adr definitely. My mom just quit as a graphic designer and might get Adobe to do other stuff on the side so I might be able to use premier pro, but how does that compare to FCP? Is it as beginner friendly?
@@partisanapple5349 For me, Final Cut Pro was a lot easier t learn. I also love that you can use it offline and it's just the 1 time payment. Premiere Pro is nice tho because it is all connected thru the Adobe Suite. So After Effects is seamless between the 2 which is nice if you want to do any vfx. There are a ton of How To videos online for Premiere that I'm sure would help you out! Otherwise I am going to continue to make Final Cut Pro content

LaCie is great for long term storage, but being an HDD you need to be a little more conscious about transport. If you want a really fast hyper portable option. NVME M.2 SSD enclosures are pretty sweet. You can use whatever brand/size drive you want.

By knowing your next shot you are miles ahead of me. My disaterpieces are still clips tied together to fake a story line. It's no wonder UA-cam keeps sending me letters on how to fill out a resume for a day job.
Some times not knowing can actually be nice! I think some people plan them out too much and then if it doesn’t work out the way they anticipated, they don’t know how to edit the video. Not knowing kind of leaves the door open for creativity ☺️
I like your thinking @@kapitan_adr (I've got loads of videos started.....this past year I had the occasions to merge two different videos together. I think it made for a better attempt ( I didn't say better video....I'm still in the bad column no matter how much combining and merging.....But better attempts are victories). So if I video myself into a corner.....I just go in a different direction altogether. Creativity.
