@@StanleyGultiano Ang Bank PO ay GOOD AS CASH so may chance na pwede pa bumaba ang presyo ng kocheng bibilhin mo. Halimbawa: Lets say na ang SRP or SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE ng Toyota Raize is 750k. Since BANK PO is GOOD AS CASH, check mo sa dealer kung may bawas pa ba ang 750k dahil buo naman mababyaran ang koche. If sinabi nilang may bawas pa at halimbawa 720k nalang, then yan na ang tinatawag na LAST or FINAL PRICE. About naman sa downpayment, wala po ako sinabing sa dealer kayo magbabayad. Dapat po sa bank directly which is AT LEAST 20% nung LAST or FINAL PRICE ng koche.

Ang important is ready po kayo sa 20% na down payment ng car in case you will proceed for Bank PO

@@jennyvebb for me much better if mag BANK PO ka which means direct ka sa bank mag aapply nalang loan kasi low interest rate and low monthly installment. Ang downside is downpayment needed is 20%. Pag sa dealer ka naman mag aapply ng loan, malaki interest at monthly niyan pero mababa sila magpa downpayment.

Hi sir. Yes po, binigay sakin ng dealer yung mga freebies ko like car matting, tools, seat cover and tint. For the car registration via bank PO, its free meaning bank na bhala dun. TPL insurance payable kay dealer while yung chattel mortgage is payable separately kay bank. Yung sa comprehensive hindi ako naka lock in kay Bank pero I decided na sa kanila nalang ako bumili. I calculated everything, mas nakamura parin ako sa Bank PO. 😎

@@lodz05 nice! Mag iisang taon na ako Spresso ko sa May, matibay sya. For peace of mind sir para macompare mo din po, try nyo paquote sa dealer and sa bank directly. Kaya ako nakamura kasi binawasan pa ng dealer yung presyo ng koche since pag ikaw ay inapprove sa Bank PO, its good as cash. In my case, Spresso ko nsa 660k but I got a discount of 32k pa kung tama pagkakatanda ko.

In my case boss nagpunta po muna ako sa Suzuki Car dealer na malapit sakin para kunin ang final amount ng koche then nagpunta nako sa PS Bank to apply for Bank PO at sinabi ko final price ng koche. Nabanggit ko po yan dyan sa video. Sila na po bahala sa pag ccommunicate kay car dealer.

@@boybudoltv2127 Sir kapag may discount, yung net srp na po ba talaga ang ipapaquote sa bank? Hndi ba sa downpayment binabawas ang discount? Example SRP 800k, disc 50k at 50%DP. Net srp with disc = 750k. 750k po ang ipapaquote sa bank? Tapos sa DP wala nang bawas? Or 800k ang ipapaquote sa bank tapos sa DP ibabawas ang disc like 50% of 800k = 400k less disc 50k , net dp 350k? Sorry sana po nagets ang tanong thanks

@@vonjorel sa example mo po, 750k ang immention mo kay bank as the net or final price of the car kasi dun nila ibe-base DP mo which is at least 20%. Sa example mo, DP would be 150k.

Hndi rin po kasama ang lto reg sa bank PO?

Mag oopen ka ng savings account sa kanila kung saan dun mo idedeposit monthly payments mo para sa car loan.
