Fun fact: Some of the Animators that worked on 8 Crazy Nights also worked on The Iron Giant My opinion: I've just seen 8 crazy nights for the first time, and i did find it mid. The comedy was hit and miss, but i liked the other elements. Davey loosing his parents was pretty tragic i admit.

These types of Christmas movies are almost always predictable. Now whether they're good or bad is beside the point. The bottom line is, did you learn anything? Hot Frosty is a sweet, disarming feature about the human experience and healing from tragedy. It's about perseverance, and how we should never forget the people we loved. The snowman's innocence helps Kathy heal from her husband's death and find love again. Jack, endears himself to the community by helping people and being genuine. It has a beautiful message about Christmas and how it's a time to care for others. Grief can cause intense sadness, emptiness, or loneliness, to withdraw and not enjoy your usual activities, depression, anxiety, including PTSD. This isn't a documentary or news program, and neither is it Schindler's List. People watch these movies to escape from all that and not take things too seriously. "Netflix and chill"

i personally really loved this movie, the atmosphere was really something. its the type of movie you can just put on(specifically on october) and have a few laughs at.
